Chapter 3

Levy

      My vision is getting worse. Juvia managed to call over Wendy and delayed the work of the poison for 24 hours. My body temperature rose quickly, my face was flushed as Erza's hair. I starting coughing uncontrollably again.

      "Levy," Gajeel had a worried look in his eyes while he wiped the sweat on my face with a towel. I gave him a smile. "L-Like I said, I'm not to give up e-easily." My voice trembled. Gajeel looked like he didn't believe it, but lucky for me, Master walked in. 

      "Gajeel, will you give a few minutes with Levy?" He asked. Gajeel gave him a nod and left. Master appeared by my bedside. 

      "Levy, as you know, Lucy is "dead", in a matter of speaking," I nodded to say that I understood. "But she's the only one capable of curing you of this venom." 

      "I understand Master. Then we just have to hope for the best. If I do die, then I want to ask you one thing," Master inquired about my request. "My request, is to know my past. I don't remember anything before joining Fairy Tail. Master, can you help?" In the blurriness, I see Master's face turn to sadness. "Unfortunately child, I don't know myself. Maybe you can ask that when Lucy comes around." 

      'Let's hope that she would.'

Lucy

      I've been using my Dragon Slayer and God Slayer magic to land an attack on her, but she dodged all of it with ease. She disappears then reappears behind me and attacks.

      "This isn't even fun at all! Are you even trying?" she jeered. Damn, she's getting on my nerves. "Shut up! Unison Raid: Shadow-Light Dragon: Holy Shadow!" Akuma disappears as usual, but then quickly requipped my cursed sword. I felt her presence behind me, so I turned around and slashed her chest. She fell back and coughed up bits of black blood.

      "Not bad. But you still can't get me!" Her fingernails grew longer and sharper as she lashed them at me, making a deep cut in my left arm.

Meanwhile, in Fairy Tail (few hours after Lucy's "death")...

      "Gramps, get in here quick! Something's happening to Lucy!" Natsu shouted. Master and the rest of the guild came rushing in. "What happened, Natsu?" Makarov asked. 

      "I don't know. One second, Lucy's scratch-free, then this happened!" He points at the unexplainable deep gash on Lucy's left arm. 

      "H-How did this happened?" Erza asked in shock. Makarov looked at Mavis, but she shook her head. "I don't know."

       "But I do." Everyone turned towards the new voice. 

      "First Master, who is it?" Natsu asked.

      Mavis eyes widen in surprise. "The Demon Queen."

Levy seems to have forgot her memories before she joined Fairy Tail. Will she be alive to remember it?

Who is the Demon Queen? What is she here for?
