"I can't believe it." Liam said once he sat beside Niall at Chemistry.

"Why, what happened?" Niall asked when he's sure that their teacher is still not around.

"Zayn." Liam answered, clenching his fist, avoiding to look at the boy who just walked in. "He said what happened to him earlier when he walked away at lunch is none of my business."

"Uh, don't you think he's right?"

"About what?" Liam arched his brow, not noticing the teacher has already entered.

"It's none of your... business?" Niall whispered- because he's aware about the man who walked in- waving his hands in defense when Liam cursed. "Don't get me wrong, you look perfect together- and I notice that- but you aren't in a relationship yet."

Liam sighed, looking at the teacher's desk, seeing Sir Brown.

"Let's just talk about this later, I guess." Liam said, getting a notebook and pen from his knapsack.

Liam didn't sat beside Zayn at the very last period of the day which is odd to Zayn, and a bit sad.

He didn't mean to say harsh words earlier. He just told him that because he didn't want Liam knowing about his feelings for him.

Zayn knows it will be great having someone who cares and loves you but he isn't sure if he's ready for that kind of commitment.

He never had one, so it's making him a tad nervous, even though he is just thinking about it.

Sighing, he wrote the important details the teacher was saying, not noticing he's already drawing sad faces on his paper, just knowing it when his teacher told him he was making his notes dirty.

As if sad faces are dirt.

He quickly apologised, his teacher leaving him there, checking other students notes.

Zayn stayed quiet the whole period, like he always do but its different right now. He's sad and slightly (?) hurt. He felt like he's being the same old Zayn Malik who used to taught himself not to communicate with others again.

Harry texted Liam once Niall was beside him. It's Louis' first (this year) training for the Campus Football Competition as the football captain.

Harry said they mustn't miss it, so he literally wanted his and Louis' friends there watching.

But well, Zayn... He told Louis he can't and he's sorry for that.

"Hey, I'm here." Liam spoke once Harry answered his phone.

"Yeah, I see you. Niall's waving his hand."

Liam roamed his eyes then hang up when he saw his friends. He walked to them with a blank face.

"Still on a bad mood, eh?" Niall asked when Liam sat beside him carelessly.

"No." He denied.

"Hey, Niall told me what happened." Harry said softly, "We can talk about it right now, if you want?"

"We're here for Louis, not for, er, Zayn." Liam answered, shrugging his shoulders.

"Come on, they aren't starting yet." Niall pointed out.

"Whatever, I -"

"Nope, Payne." Harry said sternly. "This is affecting your mood, you need to let it out."

Liam sighed, he can't say no to a stubborn Harry.

"Okay, its just.. I care about him a lot-" Liam started, being trailed off by Harry.

"Yeah, cause you like him."

Liam rolled his eyes, "Yes, and just... I think hurt a bit when he told me he's none of my business. I mean, yes, that's true but..."

"Don't you think you should make a move already?" Niall spoke up.

"What?" Liam asked immediately, although he really heard him.

"You know, Niall's right. Zayn likes you too, I bet." Harry said, wondering his thoughts about Liam and Zayn.

"No, no. Its a bit early." Liam sighed. "Also, he wouldn't push me away if he likes me, you know."

"Harry!"

Louis shouts whilst jogging to his friends.

"Yes, Loubear?" Harry blushed when Louis kissed him on the cheek.

"Just begging for a good luck kiss." Louis shrug and Harry smiled, showing his dimples, and then pecking Louis on the lips, making the latter giggle. "We'll start. Talk to you later guys!"

"Seems like Harry's gonna watch him then." Liam muttered.

"Do you still want to talk about it?" Niall whispered.

"Of course we will, just not right now." Harry said, focusing his eyes on Louis. His statement making Niall laugh a bit, as well as Liam.
