"What are you saying, Gems?" Harry whispered.

"Harry, she's my patient, the delusional one." Gemma told. "Remember, I got a job in the mental hospital as a psychiatrist?"

"Wait, what?" Niall spoken up, standing from the ground.

Louis and Zayn look at each other.

Lyle held Niall's wrist when he started walking to Gemma but he just look at her.

"Niall, please stop. I'll tell you all what's up with this." Lyle pleaded.

Liam looked at Zayn and Louis, they're having a serious conversation.

"Your patient may be my twin."

Louis' and Zayn's conversation was trailed off.

All turned to Lyle.

"Okay, so I have a twin, Lilah, but her nickname is Lyle as well. I'm Lilac and I don't know. Lilah must have a terrible past. Mum didn't told me what happened but the last two times I saw her there, she's crying because of someone named Seven." Lyle said. "She kept on saying he must be alive or something like that. That's all I know." She shrugged.

"Oh," Gemma uttered. "I'm sorry, my fault. Sorry too, Ni."

"Nah, its okay." Niall said.

"Can you show us her sometime?" Zayn asked out of the blue.

"Zayn." Louis whispered. Zayn just lightly nodded his head.

"Ah, sure. Okay, you'll go with us too right?" Lyle answered then asked Gemma.

"Course, silly. Now, what's for dinner?" Gemma asked then they proceeded to dinner.

Liam couldn't take off his mind about Zayn's and Louis' reactions about Lilah. They seem very interested, as if they know something about her.

It has been an hour since he got home but his head is still about Zayn. He deeply sighed.

Maybe I should think about my birthday. And oh, about that...

Karen told him they're gonna go to places to decide where to celebrate it tomorrow since its Sunday.

He sighed, opening his phone just to see his wallpaper and text Lyle since he still can't sleep.

Liam told her his problem and also that he likes Zayn and Lyle told him advice here and there.

When he's sleepy, he said goodbye to the girl and drifted off to sleep.

"Mmh, later." He growled.

"I'm gonna tell Aunt Karen to let us leave."

"Wait," he opened his eyes a bit. "Mimi?"

"Yeah, but you -"

"Wait! Mimi!" He sat up, seeing his beloved cousin. "I missed you!" He said, hugging her.

(just imagine the girl is mimi, theyre just cute sooo :>)

"Me too, Lili!" She giggled when pulling away, she knew Liam hates it when she says that.

"Aw, Mimi!" Liam said, pouting. "Anyway, what made you visit?"

"Your birthday!" Mimi exclaimed. "Now, get ready so we'll talk about it downstairs."

Liam chuckled. "Seems like my 6 year old cousin has turned matured."

"Nooo! I'm not old, not gonna be!" She whined, "I'll just see you downstairs, bye!" She poked her tongue out making Liam lightly laugh. It's kinda cute when someone who is younger than you is intelligent.

He finally stood up, picking some clothes then he throw them on his bed, then took a shower.

After he's done with everything he have to do, he saw his Dad, Mum, Nicola, Ruth, Mimi, and his Aunt eating breakfast on the kitchen.

"Oh, Liam, come here eat." Karen called him.

He walked to them, greeting his Aunt and seating beside Mimi who have chocolate syrup on her chin since she have pancakes.

"Hey, Mi, chocolate over here." Liam pointed.

She quickly wiped it with a tissue, then continuing to eat.

Once they've all eaten, they got in the van Geoff rented for all of them.

"Li, where do you wanna celebrate your birthday?" Mimi asked when they're leaving the house.

"Anywhere but I have to be with all of you." Liam answered and smiled.

He wish he could also invite Zayn.

"But who is in the picture in your phone I saw earlier? I never seen him." Mimi whispered.

And well, Liam has to be more cautious.

"He's Zayn." Liam answered quietly, just not wanting Karen to hear him. He's quite sure his mum will be smiling oddly again at him every time. "He's like... my man crush."

"Ohh! He's cute, really. Does he -"

"Okay, we're here on the first stop!" Karen cheered.

Seems like they've more places to visit.

They were sitting on the lounge of the resort when Mimi called Liam's attention again.

"Li, does Zayn like you back?" She asked and Liam squeezed his eyes shut for a mere moment then sighing exaggeratedly cause wow, Mimi said that a little loud.

Liam saw Karen glanced at them, he shook his head lightly, earning a smile from her.

"I don't know." Liam finally answered.

"Well, I hope he does!" Mimi said happily then giggled. "Aunt Karen is looking at us!"

"Yeah, Mi, please be quiet." Liam muttered.

"Okay," Mimi whispered. "I hope this is the last resort we're checking, I'm tired."

"Me too." Liam said, feeling relief when he knew they're gonna go home.
