"Mum! Come on, we need to -"

"Incoming, Liam! How impatient." Karen shouted from her and Geoff's room.

Liam groaned quietly, making Geoff pat his back. "We'll get there, son." His dad said, chuckling after.

"But we still need to pick up Zayn, and my friends!" Liam said, crossing his arms together.

"Liam, you sound Mimi, to be honest." Nicola uttered when she placed her bag to the van.

"Hey, I'm not like Li!" Mimi defensed. Liam sighed, just exactly when Karen appeared.

"Finally." Liam muttered under his breath.

The ride to the resort was full of Louis' farcical jokes which made the trip really amusing.

Sometimes, Liam will check on Zayn like he always do. He will see him smiling wide at times which is really cute. (younger ok)

Mimi kept glancing at Zayn too. Liam told her earlier to just keep quiet about their secret, but Mimi just doesn't stop sometimes at looking at them so Zayn will greet her too which makes her giggle.

At the moment, Zayn, Lyle, and Harry are taking a nap, then Mimi whispered to Liam that Zayn is so cute in person, Niall heard that and chuckled.

"But he's for Liam, Mi." Niall muttered. Louis joined in the quiet conversation.

"Yes, but it isn't official yet, so shh." Louis said silently. Liam shook his head.

"Oh, when will it be official?" Mimi asked in anticipation.

"Tonight!" Niall cheered, making Harry, Lyle, and Zayn wake up.

Lyle looked up at Niall, "Are we there yet?" She said before yawning.

"Yes." Karen answered.

"Good morning, sweet cheeks." Louis whispered to Harry making the rest coo.

They prepared their own bags since they will stay for one night.

The receptionist greeted them when they entered, "Hello! Welcome to Crimson Hotel, England." She said, then asked information and whatever.

Geoff simply said there was a reservation that is already paid and the lady immediately checked for the rooms (it's big).

"Oh, okay sir. Your rooms are... 344 and 346 on the 4th floor. Here are your cards. Thank you." The receptionist handed the hotel cards, Karen thanked her and grouped them.

"Okay, me, Geoff, Mimi, Sally (imagine she's Liam's aunt), Ruth and Nicola will be at the same room, while Liam, Harry, Zayn, Louis, Niall, and Lyle will be at the same room, 'kay?" Karen stated, all nodding then heading to the elevator to go to their rooms.

They obliged and went to their own rooms which is more like a suite. It's pretty big, but just enough for six persons.

"Ah, finally!" Lyle lied on the bed as soon as she put her bag on the ground. The boys chuckled at her. "Oi! Don't laugh, I'm tired!"

Niall jumped and lied on the bed as well, "I am too!" He closed his eyes, "Me and Lyle will be on these bed, Louis and Harry together, then Zayn and Liam!"

Liam looked at Zayn awkwardly. Damn, sure this will happen.

Zayn saw him looking, he just smiled. "It's okay." Zayn whispered and Liam nodded.

"Okay! Me and Harry's gonna check out the swimming pool first." Louis exclaimed, going out. "Bye! Have fun!"

Zayn glanced at Lyle who's cuddling Niall.

Okay, maybe it's the great time. Zayn thought to himself, sighing quietly.

Liam sat on the couch near their bed, turning on the TV whilst Zayn gets his gift for him.

The latter let out a breath, "Uh, Liam..." he calls Liam's attention from The Flash 2. "Um, happy birthday." He hands Liam a gift, Liam containing the giddiness he's feeling inside. It maybe a little thing but Zayn spent something for him "I don't know if you'll like it but, yeah."

"It's okay, Zayn. Thank you so much." Liam smiles sweetly. "So, do I open it now?"

Zayn pursed his lips, nodding. "I hope you really like it. I've heard from you before that you like it so," He mumbles whilst Liam is tearing the gift wrapper.

He looks at the object in awe once the wrapper is torn apart. It contains a simple snow globe with a surfing board in it. "Thank you so much! I can't even - wow, 's so cute. How did ya know - you remembered! Thanks, Zayn!" Liam exclaimed, hugging Zayn.

And that they both didn't expect.

Liam quickly pulled away when the scene took in his mind.

"Um, sorry, been carried away." Liam muttered shyly.

Zayn smiled genuinely. "Its okay. I'm glad you really liked my gift."

I'm always glad if I'm with you. Liam thought.
