Four days of silence from me have passed but it seems like the people on the internet won't be stopping any minute now. Hindi maubos na kasinungalingan at haka-haka tungkol sa akin at sa kung anong meron sa amin ni Yago ang nalabas. 

The people have admired Yago since his college days pa lamang, his influence roared when his father, a retired pilot and now seated at the Philippine Air Force as a general, Leandro Yadiel Alejandro III, have disclosed the full and definite list of all the names of corrupt government officials, in low rank or high, when he was only starting in the politics.

He did not fear for his safety, nor say his apologies to the public for having a transparent policy, for he said that it was the truth. Almost all the lawyers, in private or public division, have given their word to defend him at all cost when one of the senator made a comment as to they would be suing him.

Sir Leandro Yadiel Alejandro III did them all clean. 

And not after weeks later, before even  The Office of the Ombudsman  can investigate, almost all that was on his list have vacate their seats.

While Yago made his seat through winning and bagging the gold at the 14th FAI World Rally Flying Championship. He's the first ever Asian to win the competition. 

"Tita Florence naman! This is a serious matter, please." I whined at her.

She stared at flatly before bursting into chains of laughter once again, "I am dead serious about that, Milana. Why don't we just contact Lilo, siya naman ang manager mo hindi ba?"

"Lilo is currently talking to my lawyer, kasi nga Lola is hell bent on suing Tita Paris of slander. It would create a bigger scene if pushed through." I am really stressed about this.

"Well, I've talked to Yago naman na at sinabi niyang okay lang ang plan ko. I am sure that he wouldn't mind." Pursigidong sambit ni Tita Florence.

Talagang kanina pa niya pinipilit ang plano niya. She told me about it and I call bullshit on it! Unang sentence pa lamang ni Tita ay napakunot na ang noo ko, kaya nagtataka ako sa kung paano niya napapayag si Yago.

Nilapag naman ni Asia ang plato ng carbonara na niluto nila ni Nathalia bago umupo sa tabi ko. 

"It's a win-win situation naman," She commented, "Look here, Milana. Mom has prepared him a good amount of deal, a share in our company, and while you, you get to save your face in this mess. Because based on the statistics that we've done, if ever the truth will be released to the public, you'll be cancelled and hated."

Nathalia agreed by nodding her head, "Uhuh, or you'll be reading a news headline about an aunt and her precious niece using a man of power to make their show pop and controversial."

It's now all on me. I just sighed and took a bite of the carbonara in front of me. Well, at least we both get a compensation right?

Nang hapon na 'rin na 'yon ay nag ayos na ako ng sarili at tinulungan ako nila Tita Florence na mag-ayos ng flat namin ni Nathalia. She even gave us a mouthful of sermon about how we should arrange our refrigerators and laundry.

She has decided that we do the signing of the contract at my place, lalo na at mainit ang mata ng publiko sa akin. Konting kibot mula sa pansinin na ng lahat. 

Bago sila umalis ay talagang iniinis ako ni Nathalia about how I'll be needing a box of condoms and morning-after pills after my meeting with Yago. Pinagalitan at sinaway naman ito ni Tita Florence kaya naman sapat na muna sa akin ang hindi siya kalmutin.

While putting the last meal on the table, my doorbell rang twice, kaya naman nagmadali akong silipin muna ito bago buksan ang pinto. Once I saw Yago's face on my telecom, I opened the door widely for him to enter.
