I rolled my eyes as we all got out of Ryan's car. I can't believe I said yes to this. Brendon knows I can't stand Ryan. And being in a confined space with him for multiple hours at a time everyday sounds like shit.
"Right. Claim the bunk you want." Brendon came up behind me as we both approach the bus. I looked at him and shook my head.
"How many are there?" I asked as we both walked.
"I think there's 10. Cause there's four in the band. You. That equals 5. Then there's some others coming on the bus." He explained, pulling the bus door open, motioning for me to get on first. I took a step and got up on.
The bus had a small-ish living area. A couch was built into the both sides of the bus. A small kitchenette occupied the corner. A teeny tiny hallway led to the back of the bus. The back of the bus had the bathroom and a closet. The hallway held the bunks. Five on either side.
"This is nice." I smiled, walking towards the hallway. Instead of curtains covering the bunks, sliding doors blocked the view.
"Thank the lord for that. I'd rather have it be a nice space to spend the next 5 hours in than a shit space." Brendon chuckled, throwing his stuff on the middle bunk on the left side. I picked the bunk opposite of him. I placed my backpack on the bed that was made with plain white sheets and a plush throw blanket thrown on top. I pulled out a small beanie baby from my backpack and placed it on the pillow top.
"Not very big." I stated, turning to look at Brendon, who was laying in his bunk, trying to get a feel for the small space.
"Yeah." He replied, going to sit up and smashing his head on the ceiling above him. I stifled a small chuckle, earning a glare from Brendon. I went to say sorry, but I was interrupted.
"Move!" Someone yelled from behind me. I turned and looked to see who was behind me. You guessed it!! Ryan!!
"God no. I think I'll stay here. Maybe even sleep here too!" I smirked, taking a quick glance at Brendon. He was laying on his stomach, propped up on his elbows. He was looking at Ryan and I, a small smirk on his lips.
"Really? You are su-"
"Shshits!" I placed a finger on his lips. "Not in front of the children." I raised an eyebrow and nodded over at Brendon, who started cracking up like an idiot.
"God! Save it for the bedroom you two." Brendon groaned, sliding his bed door thing shut, but leaving it a crack open.
"You could say 'Please excuse me.' Because that works so much more than yelling 'Move!' at me. And, I was talking to somebody. Maybe you need to learn some fucking manners before you learn some more music, George." I stated, placing my hands on my hips. Ryan twitched when I called him by his first name.
"I'll keep in that mind, Agnes." He smirked, throwing his shit onto the bunk under mine. He must've not realized that bunk he picked is the one below mine. "And, for future reference, Agnes, it's Ryan. Not George." He stated, looking at me. I scoffed and looked at him.
"Go fuck yourself, Ryan." I stated, putting a fake sarcastic smile on my lips. Brendon broke down in laughter again, having to push his bunk door closed. But the closed door didn't mute his laughter. It only muffled it a bit.
"Maybe I will." Ryan smirked. "I hear it's a lot of fun! Maybe you can fuck yourself too."
"Let's take this bullshit outside. I'll meet you there in, let's say, 20 minutes?" I asked, cocking my head.
He let out a breath of air before saying "You're a fucking idiot." He rolled his eyes and walked back outside.
"Thanks, Ryan!!" I exclaimed just as the door closed. Brendon pulled his door open and looked at me.
