Chapter 7

When it was time to meet the trolls at the park, Rose drove us there. The Lalonde household was a bit further further from the park then the apartment complex I lived in.

The park was crowded. Mainly us, actually.

Everyone was underneath the shelter, sitting on benches and talking.

I noticed one particular pair of unfamiliar trolls making out my the side. It was kind of strange. One of them had long bright yellow hair, brighter near the bottom, and wore a pair of blue framed glasses. The other had short hair, but pretty long if it was a boy. They had bangs in their eyes and their ears were hardly visible.

It was still a bit disturbing to see people I didn't know making out.

Other trolls that did not look familiar were scattered around the shelter. I saw Katane talking to someone sitting in the corner. They were both smiling. The unfamiliar one had long purple hair. It was not super bright, but did not look dyed, as it was completely constant on her scalp.

I saw Perdan talking to Tavros. They were both sitting, Perdan on the bench, Tavros in his wheelchair.

"HEY GUYS!!" I heard someone yell. It was clearly Karkat.

I turned my head to glance at Karkat, and looked back to Perdan. He was staring at me. I blushed a shade of pink and he blushed green a little. We both looked away.

I scanned over the shelter once I got closer. Hadion was in the corner eating a bowl of cereal or something that looked like cherrios. Nearby, two people sat staring at each other, communicating with Sign Language.

I noticed the couple making out had now separated and everyone had appeared to sorted back into family. Katane was hiding behind Karkat again. The girl she was talking to, however, stood alone near the side, arms crossed.

"So, is evverone going to introduce themselvves or wwhat?" Eridan said. Everyone nodded in agreement. We introduced ourselves first. Then it was their turn.
(I don't have quirks for most of them yet so hang in there)

"Um... hi im Katane, but y9u pr96a6ly kn9w that..." Katane introduced herself

"Hi, I'm Cifion." A boy with a broken wrist said loudly from the back.

I heard a quiet hum from the back. Tavros jumped in.

"This is my sister, Leiton. She's mentally mute, but she hums a lot.." He said.

"HII! II'm TorIIem." The girl with yellow hair said. "II have multIIple personalIItIIes so don't freak out IIf II do!" She laughed at her own joke.

"Hey, I'm Perdan." He said, his ears moving around.

"I'm Vasinn Maryam." The boy who was kissing Toriem said. He was smirking. I had a feeling Kanaya did not like his choice in outfit.

"I'm R4ny4n PyrOPE!" A boy said, as another boy jumped on his back, startling him. "4nd this is my Moir4il, Tytron Serket. He's mute." I noticed it was one of the Kids who was talking in sign language to the other.

"This is my sister, Leicet." Equius said. Leicet point to her ears and shook her her head, as to say no. So she was deaf.
*I know sign language* I signed. A bunch of other trolls signed to me at once. Wow, a lot of mute and deaf trolls.

Hadion was next, but she was too distracted by her bowl of what I could now see was Spaghettios.

"Haidon." She said with her mouth full. "Blind."

"Natiln Ampora. No, I don't dye my hair. NoW politely fuck off.". She said with sass. She looked back down at her phone. She was clearly playing something like minecraft.
