I woke to the morning sun hitting my face.

Groaning, I rolled over to have a look to see what time it was.

12:00!

I gasped and shot out of bed as fast as a rocket and got dressed.

As soon as I opened my door I ran over to Tyson's room and knocked on his door.

"Come in Fire Girl" he cooed from inside.

I opened the door and peeped inside to see Ty sitting on his bed reading a car magazine.

"How'd you know it was me?" I asked.

He shrugged and jumped off his bed.

"So, are we going to talk to Carol now?" He asked while walking to the door.

"Sure, but is she here yet?"

"She was here two hours ago"

Oh.

We headed down stairs to the first level of the motel where the counter is.

"Oh! Good morning you two" Carol chirped, while running over to hug us both.

"Um...I kinda wanted talk to you about school..." I trailed off.

"What about school Riles?"

"Well...maybe...Icouldstartschool" I rushed out nervously.

"In English hun" she laughed.

I took a deep breath and started again.

"I would like to start school" I said with a dead strait face.

She didn't look surprised at all.

"Wait, your not surprised?" I asked.

"No honey, I know you've always wanted to go to school and if that's what you want then I can get it arranged" she beamed.

I squealed and ran over to her engulfing her in a giant bear hug.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I yelled jumping around like a two year old then bolted up to my room and threw myself my bed.

I rolled around in excitement.

I'm going to school!!

I ran back down stairs.

"I'm going to see Lola at the café" I shouted halfway out the door.

"Wait!" Ty shouted.

I stopped in my tracks.

"I'm coming" he yelled and sprinted over to me.

We both ran like little kids over to the café.

The bell to the café rang as we burst through the door and ran over to my seat.

We were both puffing and when we were finally finished puffing we looked at each other and burst out with laughter.

"Well someone's happy" cheered a voice.

Both me and Tyson's heads snapped over to the source of the voice.

Lola.

I jumped up from where I was sitting and gave her a hug.

"Spill" Lola beamed.

"I'm going to school!" I jumped up and down with joy the sat back down.

"Really?!" She gasped with joy."I'm so proud!"

"I don't see what's so cool about starting school" Tyson's bored voice cut in.

"What do you mean?" I asked innocently.
