Chapter 26

In the morning Johnny and Sara were awakened by Sara's phone going off. Sara slowly opened her eyes and moved her arm out to grab the phone. It was the director! Sara answered and decided not to put it on loud speaker but Johnny was awake and could hear him anyway! "Hello?" "Oh hi Sara. I just wanted to let you and Johnny know that I'm not feeling too good today and so everyone gets the day off!" Sara was happy at the idea, "Okey, cool. Well I guess I'll see you tomorrow then. I hope you get well soon." "Thanks, bye." "Bye." Sara put her phone back on the side and turned around in Johnny's arms to face him.

Johnny opened his eyes and smiled, "Can we just spend the whole day in bed?" Sara giggled, "I'm good with that babe!" They both kissed and slowly drifted off to sleep again. Johnny was later awoken by Sara gently nudging him on the shoulder. "Johnny? Wake up sweetie." Johnny smiled at Sara and instantly smelt cooking. He looked at what she was handing him, a plate filled with bacon, eggs, beans, toast and sausage, with some apple juice too. Johnny took the plate and grinned, "Thanks babe. This looks amazing!" Sara smiled, "Your welcome Johnny." Sara then slipped into bed too with her own plate.

A few hours later they were still in bed, breathing heavily from what just happened when Johnny's phone buzzed. Johnny ignored it and Sara questioned, "Why don't you check that?" Johnny sighed, his breath slowly slowing down to normal speed, "It's probably just Kennedy!" Johnny then reached over and grabbed his phone, it was Kennedy. "Hey, what are you upto today. I heard you got the day off," Johnny read aloud. Sara giggled, "How does she even know, it's kind of creepy." Johnny frowned, "I donno." Sara sighed, "What do you want to do about the whole baby thing?" Johnny paused and then spoke, "I guess we will have to face her eventually." Sara exhaled, "So do you want to do that today gorgeous?" Johnny smiled, "I suppose so"

A few hours later they were on their way to Kennedy's house. Johnny had text her in advance and so said it was fine. Sara put a reassuring hand on Johnny's shoulder as they drove along, "It will be fine." Johnny smiled, "I hope so."

When they got there Kennedy answered the door and let the couple inside. They all sat around the dinning room table and Kennedy spoke first, "So what do you guys want?" Kennedy haven't really paid much attention to Sara until she spoke, "We know your secret." Kennedy looked at her with a confused look plastered to her face, "What are you talking about." She looked up at Johnny who was looking down at the table. Sara placed her hand on his and intwined their fingers together. Johnny sighed and looked up, "Sara said that yesterday she was looking through some photos of yours...and she came across the first scan photo...and she says that the date on it. She said that it was before we last had sex!"

Kennedy just looked at them, looking slightly guilty but covering it with confusion. "Huh?" Johnny looked into her eyes with a hurt look in them, he pleaded, "Please Kennedy, just tell us the truth!" After a moment she questioned, "What would I gain from lying to you?" Sara but in, "Well you have been sending Johnny loads of texts about how you desperately want him back and maybe this was just some way of getting him to stick around!" Just as Kennedy went to open her mouth to speak Johnny's brother burst in with an angry look on his face, "The baby is mine."

The all turned around and looked at him. "The baby is mine because I Kennedy and I were having an affair!" Sara's grip on Johnny's hand got firmer to show her support. Johnny managed to cough out, "You what?" David sat down beside Kennedy. Kennedy but in, "Johnny I'm so sorry." Johnny looked at her, "If you were sorry you wouldn't have told me a baby was mine when it isn't!" Danny tried to take Kennedy's hand but she pulled away and looked desperately into Johnny's eyes! He had to ask, "How long?" Kennedy began to cry and David replied, "Since about 9 or so months ago!"

Johnny thought about it, "So that is why you seemed so distant all the time and..you stayed at work for ages then?" Kennedy nodded whilst sobbing, "I'm sorry." Johnny gave Sara's hand a squeeze, "In a way I'm glad...it helped me to fall in love with Sara." Sara blushed and smiled at him. Kennedy cried harder at this. David looked at Kennedy, "Don't cry!" Kennedy shouted at him, "This is all your fault. Look, I don't even think I did at the time but I don't love you. I hate you, you separated Johnny and I and I will never forgive you." Johnny out his arm around Sara's waist and she put her arm on his back. Kennedy got sight of this and it made her blood boil to see the man she wanted to be hers forever have another woman comfort him. Kennedy got up and marched over to them.

Kennedy shouted, "Get up Sara!" Sara looked at her confused, "Me? Why?" Kennedy stood up firmly, "For a fight, a fight for Johnny!" Johnny pulled Sara towards him protectively, he decided for her, "What? No! Don't you think your overreacting a bit?" Kennedy gave him a death glare but he wouldn't back down. So Kennedy grabbed Sara's arm and yanked her to her feat!

Before anyone could blink Kennedy hit Sara's yaw. Sara screamed and before she could hit back Johnny stood up and placed Sara behind him, shouting, "Enough!!!" Kennedy tried to get past him but he held her back. "Seriously I will call 911 Kennedy!" Sara started to cry from shock and soon David stood up too.

"Get off her John," he shouted at his brother. Johnny shot him a look of confusion, "No! She is trying to attack my girl." David tried to get Johnny off Kennedy but wasn't successful. "Dave, what the hell are you doing," Johnny shouted. Kennedy was still trying to get to Sara but Johnny was now holding her wrists, restraining her from getting to Sara. David tried shoving his brother out of the way, "Look I'm just trying to help Kennedy here. Your hurting her!" Johnny wasn't actually holding her that tight though, only as tight as he needed to!

After a while Johnny couldn't hold off Kennedy and David at the same time and Johnny let go off Kennedy for a second and punched David right in the face, sending him flying into a cabinet and getting knocked unconscious. Next Johnny told Sara to call 911 and she did so, whilst Johnny caught and restrained Kennedy again.

***************20 MINUTES LATER**************

"With these rights in mind do you wish to speak with me?" David, Johnny and Kennedy all shook their heads at the police man. Johnny gave Sara one last passionate kiss, then said lovingly, "I love you." Sara swallowed down her tears, "I love you too, see you soon babe." Johnny smiled, also swallowing down his tears, "Goodnight hunny" and with that Johnny, Kennedy and David were all escorted off in police cars!
