Kandere was back, he was active. Akiza just couldn't believe it, after all these years he has gone on the hunt again. The worst part is that Akiza didn't know what to do, she felt like a worthless being. She couldn't tell the authorities, not yet at least. It would cause an uproar and she'd be treated like a prisoner.

She got up and went to the bathroom, bringing the paralysis powder with her. She washed off her bloody hands and stared at the powder. "I wonder," and with that Akiza walked downstairs to a room filled with ancient bones, plants , and different blood samples.

Walking to a large table, she set down the powder and pulled out a couple of ingredients. Mixing everything together, Akiza poured the substance in a tiny bottle. She went upstairs, placing the bottle in her belt pouch. She then laid down on her bed and fell asleep.

Waking up the next morning, she felt stifff. She had appeared to sleep on a side of her form, so she had one inactive body side. Shaking her body, she felt some response so she used both arms to take out her second uniform pair. Slipping it on she calmly headed downstairs, and ate a nutritional breakfast.

When she left and walked to school her head was pounding. Groaning, she walked through the he school doors and got her stuff, making sure not to be late to class. Sitting down, she ignored Amy and her friends glares so she tilted her head down.

Instead of copying notes, Akiza jotted down ideas. Of course, she came up dry, except for one idea. To run away, to face Kandere.

At the ending of class, Akiza exchanged her school sword with a single silver key. She hid it in her bag, quickly walking away. What she didn't know of was that Kent and Amy were watching her closely.

She walked home, slaming the door behind her. She ran upstairs and pulled open the closet door. Digging in the back, she found a wooden chest. Opening it up, she took out the most valuable of contents.

She pulled on a white leather top with a steel enforced cheshtplate. Her cloth black pants tightly wrapped around her legs, then she pulled on a burgundy tail coat and tied on a white sarong. She then strapped on a belt vertically across her shoulder and put two blunderbuss pistols in their holsters. She then strapped on her silver belt and inserted her sword and dagger.

Finally, she pulled back her hair and reached into the very back of the closet. She pulled out a tiny case and carried it downstairs, hurriedly walking out the door. She walked to the docks and looked around.

She found a small armada ship about to dock. Seeing her chance, Akiza ran to the edge of the pier and leaped onto the deck. About to climb below deck to hide, Akiza looked at the small flag and felt relieved. It was the flag of Captain Thomas, a trusted friend of Rydelle. She saw no reason to hide and walked to the captains quarters.
Opening the cabin door, she sat in the chair and waited.

Finally, Thomas walked in the door and jumped when Akiza greeted him. She only gave him the short details and allowed him to let her voyage with him.

She couldn't believe she was doing this. Sighing, she looked in the case she had pulled from the closet.

Inside it was her old Circle uniform.
