Akemi's P.O.V
GREAT.
JUST GREAT.
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS.
In case you haven't guessed, Keiko is the naggy type of person that just doesn't know how to give up.
Giving up doesn't even exist in his dictionary.
I can almost bet my life on it.
Keyword: 'almost', because you may be able to smack some sense into him sometimes.
Keyword #2: 'sometimes'
Sadly this is not one of those times. He's been going out of his way to come and talk to me only to be ignored again and again and again.
It's obvious that he has many unanswered questions thanks to me, but he just won't understand that I need to be left alone!
He's been continuously ruining the small amount of peace and quiet that I'm getting in this hell of a school by popping out of the blue whenever I wanted to enjoy my personal space bubble.
Throwing balled up notes at my head during classes, shouting my name at the top of his lungs in the middle of the hallway, trying to sit next to me in the cafeteria, following me back to class when I desperately wanted to eat in peace.
And last but not least...
He followed me to the library after school.
My hand was clutching my school bag's strap that was resting on my shoulder as I speed walked to the library, hoping to relax in a quiet environment.
HAH , NOPE.
"AKEMI!! WAIT!!"
Here he goes again.
I walked faster, well, honestly I ran to the library. At least he'll be forced to shut up there. I tried not to slam the door open, but I ended up slamming it against the wall resulting in the loudest bang to echo through the whole place.
I stiffened and glanced at the desk to my left, expecting the angry face of the librarian to be staring daggers at me, but nobody was there.
The library seemed empty too. No students hanging around with towers of books beside them. Not even the sound of turning pages was heard.
The sound of footsteps made me run inside, looking for a place to hide between the book shelves.
Once I found a decent place to hide near an isolated book shelf, I lightly leaned on the said book shelf.
'Good, now let's just hope that he doesn't find me.'
I stayed silent for a while, the only sound that was heard was my breathing. Though I started hearing the sound of footsteps. I could feel them gradually getting closer and closer.
I looked around and the realization dawned upon me.
I had cornered myself.
If I don't get out now, I will be stuck in a situation that I would be dying to avoid!
Carefully, I tried to silently walk around the bookshelf and to the entrance.
However, as soon as I came out from behind the bookshelf, I was greeted with blue, glimmering eyes staring back into mine.
'Ah, crap.'
I tried to sidestep to avoid being questioned, but today wasn't exactly my lucky day. I would go as far as to say that it's the complete opposite.
