"Get up Chris up Troy!" I turn on the lights as multiple groans erupted.
"You're annoying." Troy mumbled to me waking up as I rolled my eyes.
"Whatever." Walking into the next room I looked at my twelve year old sister Vanessa and smiled.
"Want to help your big sissy make breakfast?" I asked as she nodded eagerly.
"Yes!"
Looking at my fifteen year old sister Ebony I noticed she was just sitting there.
"Aren't you suppose to be getting ready?"
"I can't Nick is hogging up the bathroom."
I sighed before walking out into the one bathroom that we all had to share before banging on the door.
"Nick! There isn't much on your little ten year old body that needs washing come on other people need to use the bathroom!" I yelled and waited to see if he would come out.
Moments later I heard the lock click as he opened it smiling walking out me and Ebony coughing.
"Ewww you stink." Ebony whined pushing him out the way to get into the bathroom.
"Dang Nick did you use the whole bottle of cologne?"
He popped his collar smiling. "It's take a while to look this good. What's for breakfast I'm starving." Mashing his head I shrugged.
"Whatever you choose to cook." Walking into the kitchen I seen Sabien and Josh at the table staring at the stove.
"And why are we just sitting here?" I asked putting down my phone before looking into the cabinets."
"Food we're hungry." Josh my nine year old brother mumbled.
"Mom and dad haven't been home in three days Jas." Sabien mumbled sounding bummed who is my seven year old brother.
There you have it my dysfunctional family of ten. My parents deciding on having eight kids Chris being the oldest twenty-two, Troy being the next oldest who is nineteen and annoying as hell and me Jasmine I'm sixteen years old.
My parents seemed to have time to make all eight of us but never enough time to actually care for us all they do is work. And where does the money go to? No clue we are all stuck living in a four bedroom house; Chris and Troy sharing one room, Ebony, Vanessa, and I in another, and Josh, Sabien, and Nick in the other. The fourth one is for my parents.
Now you would think eight kids splitting up in three rooms? Yeah crazy right we were supposedly suppose to move but what's the hold up? My parents of course they choose to argue all the time when they are home instead of making progress on house searching so now we're stuck.
