Chapter 5: A Mission For F/LMME

(Y/N)

I woke up at about six in the morning, I was quite surprised that I woke put early since I was never a getting up early, or a morning kid. I looked to the right since I heard some light snoring, once I did though i felt my face burn up. There was Yang, sleeping peacefully, without a care in the world. I turned away and stood up and walked to the bathroom to do my morning routine, I also noticed no one was on the floor,or the beds. I thought they moved to RWBY's or JNPR's dorm so they wouldn't wake us up. I exited the bathroom to see Yang sitting up, playing on her scroll

"Morning Yang" I said, she jumped a bit but soon smiled and replied with
"Hey Y/N, Sorry for still being here"
"Nah, it's fine you were tired"

She smiled before returning to play on her scroll, then I started to look for my scroll since I heard it ring a few times. I then found it under my backpack, I picked it up and answered it

"Hello"
"Morning Y/N, is your team there?" Ozpin questioned
"I think there at another dorm, il go find them. What do you need?" I said
"I need you to come to my office, I have a mission for the four of you"
"Ah, okay il go get them"
"Thank you"

And with that, he hung up. I put my scroll away and went to the door

"Where are you going?" Yang questioned
"I'm going to get my team, we're going to be doing a mission"

I pulled open the door, and was going through until someone pulled me back

"Be safe okay" Yang told me
"I will, don't worry"

She smiled before letting you leave, you then went to Yang's dorm and knocked on the door, no answer. You knocked again a little harder until Ruby answered the door

"Y/N it's like seven in the morning"
"Yeah, sorry but I need my team"
"Oh okay"

She walked away holding the door for you, you entered and saw Ruby poking Mike

"Mike,Mike"
"Emily,Emily"
"Maria,Maria"

She repeated to the three before they awoke

"Wh- *Yawn* what" Emily asked sitting up
"We're going on a mission"
"Sweet"

Mike jumped up and went to your side. The girls soon followed, you all went to your lockers and got your weapons. And then headed to Ozpin's office

We soon got to Ozpin's office, we knocked and heard a "Come in" on the other side. We did and saw Ozpin sitting at his desk like normal.

"Ah, there you are"
"So, what's the mission"
"There are a large group of Grimm near a fairly large village, we want you to take down the Grimm so they don't harm the village"
"Understood"
"Good, you may leave today but you may stay for a week or so, the village has a place for you to stay for the days you are there."
"Understood"
"Good, Now board the bullhead. Glynda will send you the location on your scroll"

"So, where's this village" I ask as the bullhead is halfway to the village
"We're close, that's all I know" Mike said
"Not very helpful"
"Five minutes" the pilot said

I walked over to the doors and pulled them open to get hit in the face with the cold breeze

"Feels good"
"Yeah" Emily said walking next to me
"Mike, what's that" Maria said, we looked back and saw Mike holding a wind cube
"My semblance, I can make wind"
"Oh yeah, I can... Uh I don't know actually" Emily said rubbing her arm
"How"
"I may of, lied"

We stood there in shock

"W-why"
"I wasn't as good but my mom always dreamed of me become a huntress so I lied to let her dream come true"

We were still in shock, but we all accepted it. We seen her fight against Mike during training.

"We're here" the pilot said
"Okay, thanks man" I said as I jumped out of the bullhead

I heard him call out a "Thank you" before he flew off, we made our way to the village.

I sat in Y/N's dorm for a while until Ruby called me

"YAAANNNG, where are you"
"I'm at Y/N's dorm"
"Didn't he leave on a mission?" She questioned
"Yeah bu-"
"I get you, you want to stay in your crushes dorm"
"I-it's not like that"
"Oh come on, it's totally that. I seen the way you looked at him, and JNPR,Y/N's team and Blake know that you like him"
"How" I asked confused, and angry
"You kept saying things in your sleep like, "I love you Y/N" or "I'd love to wear your sweatshirt" and even "I'd love to marry you Y/N"
"Geez, what about Weiss?"
"Oh she was the first to go back to our dorm, she never heard you"
"Ah"
"Well see ya Yang"
"Bye Ruby"

And with that she hung up, i laid back on Y/N's bed and soon fell asleep

We met with the leader of the town, his name was... Jaysoon or something of the sorts. I laid down on the fairly hard bed, the town did as they promised and gave us some beds to put in the town hall, they weren't comfy though

"This blows" Mike says turning over once again
"Yeah, you can say that again"
"Should we play a board game or som-"

Just them we heard a scream for help. We rushed out only to be greeted by Grimm running towards the village

"Looks like we came just in time"

We rushed towards the Grimm, I stabbed a beowolf before jabbing the sword in its neck, turning it into a shotgun and blasting the head off. We fought a lot of Grimm before the once large group were now small and running away towards the forest, we smiled before walking into the town hall where everyone was hiding. We entered and walked over to the leader

"The Grimm are dead" I said to the leader who looked relieved
"Good, feel free to get bandages from our doctor though"

I then checked my aura to see it gone. I then felt the blood coming out my nose and the pain in my stomach

"Y-yeah thank you"

We limped off as everyone left the town hall. It was about nine at night so I expected everyone to go into the homes for sleep. We made our way to the hospital and pushed open the doors entering

"U-uh hello" i said walking up to the front desk
"Hello sir" the lady at the front desk responded
"We need some bandages"
"Oh you must be the huntsmen and huntresses Jaysoon told us about"
"Yeah we're them"

She lead us to a doctor who bandaged our cuts, I had one on my stomach, and Mike had on his back. But surprisingly the girls had no wounds at all

"And we're done thanks again for protecting our village"
"No problem, it's our job"

We then leave the hospital and walk back to the town hall, we lay down on the hard beds and slowly drifted off to sleep
