Days passed, and well, Lucian has been more in touched recently than before. Mas dumadalas yung chat and texts niya. Minsan naman he asks if he can call, tapos mag-uusap lang kami ng saglit.

Weekend ngayon and I surprisingly woke up late. I usually wake up at 6 dahil nasanay na yung katawan ko na magising ng ganun because of my classes. Ngayon lang uli ako nagising ng tanghali.

Naligo muna ako bago bumaba para mag-almusal.

But what I saw made me gawk in surprise.

Naka-tayo yung tatlo kong pinsan sa harap ng terrace at hinaharangan yung daanan. Mga naka-cross arms at straight body pa sila, parang akala mo makikipag-resbakan.

I was hearing distant conversations from them.

"Lakas ng loob bumisita dito," Japoy whispered to Gian. Gian then nodded with a smug look on his face.

"Sayang walang armalite," Gian said. "Real life Gears of War sana tayo ngayon."

I backed down a bit with what I just heard. Makikipagpatayan sila ngayon? Ano ba kasi nanamang trip nitong mga 'to?

Atsaka ano ba yung kanina pa nilang tinitignan?

I approached them and poked Japoy at his back tapos napataas yung boses niya. "Ate Selena!"

I raised my eyebrows at him. "Gulat na gulat?" I turned to the other two who were as shocked as Japoy to see me. "Anong meron?"

So I checked kung ano yung kanina pa nilang binabantayan.

Hindi pala 'ano', 'sino' pala dapat.

Medyo nanlaki yung mata nung nakita siyang nakatayo sa harapan ko. Hindi naman kasi siya nagsabi na pupunta siya. And why on earth will he go to my house in the first place?

"Lucian?"

Hindi, Sebastian Stan.

How I wish.

"Hi," tipid siyang ngumiti saka humalukipkip uli. Dumako yung mata niya sa mga pinsan ko sa likod ko kaya nilingon ko uli sila.

"So, armalite?" I asked sarcastically. "Gears of War?"

Ngumuso yung dalawang bata at kumunot naman yung noo ni kuya Cholo, trying to deny what I heard them say kanina lang. "Masyado kayong exaggerated, alam niyo ba yun? Sige na, pumasok na kayo!" I started pushing them towards the door.

I sighed and turned to Lucian who is now smirking. "Do they really hate guys or just me in particular?" He teased. "I thought I saw my life flash before me."

I shook my head and laughed. "Sorry. They're like my brothers already. Their overprotectiveness just goes out of hand sometimes," I explained.

He shrugged. "That's fine. I guess I'd do that too if it were with my sister."

Medyo nagulat ako sa sinabi niya. "You have a sister?" I asked, trying to sound casual para di naman magmukhang takaw na takaw ako sa impormasyon tungkol kay Lucian.
