The weeks after that, I went totally busy again. Hell week na namin before our finals week for this term.

Tapos vacation na!

Medyo madalas na din kami mag-kausap ni Lucian. Hindi naman palagi. Occasionally, nangungumusta siya and same goes from me. I can say we're casual friends.

And the thought of him liking me still remains.

Paano ba namang hindi, he keeps giving me signs. Though hasn't mentioned it directly to me, my gut feel at yung hindi maarteng part ko, says so.

Idagdag pa 'tong si Pash at Mommy.

Pash, even in her busy schedule, still makes time to force into me the idea of Lucian courting me soon. Tinanong ko pa siya nun kung nakakausap niya ba si Lucian kaya niya nasabi yun. But she said she has no plans on being good friends with him. She said being civil with him is enough.

Ayaw niya talaga kay Lucian, ano? Buti nalang.

Haha. Joke.

Si Mommy naman, well she wasn't very particular on teasing me to Lucian. Masaya lang siya that I have a guy with me. Someone whom I treat not just a friend and someone who treats me more than just a friend too.

There are times too when Lucian takes me to and from school dahil nga, uber driver na siya.

But unlike before, hindi na ako pumapayag na hindi siya magpa-bayad. Not thet he needs the money, pero kasi I asked for an uber, not for a free ride. Kinakain na din kasi ako ng hiya ko na palagi nalang nagpapalibre sa kanya.

I managed to finish my second to the last semester before I finally graduate. Results-based, I did well. I've received recognitions too from our department and from the university.

What's best right now, is that I get to go home to Baguio! Finally, cool climate.

But before I go home for my Christmas vacation, I need to finish things about my place here.

Now that my contract in my present dorm has expired, and I have no plans on renewing it, I need to go look for another place for me to stay for my last semester.

I asked Pash to accompany me kaso nga lang, she's still tied up to her school activities dahil ilang weeks pa bago sila mag-vacation.

Buti nalang may isa pang nag-volunteer na samahan ako.

"Sure ka okay lang yung café nang wala ka?" I asked Lucian as he drove away from my dorm.

He nodded. "Yeah, I've finished the necessary documents and files yesterdau so I could make it today."

Kinilig naman ako dun. Okay, not really kilig na kilig. Natuwa, ganon. Kasi he really made way for this dorm hunt with me possible.

"So, ano ba ang hinahanap mo sa isang dorm?" He smirked.

Tinawanan ko siya. "Parang ideal man na tinatanong mo sa'kin ah," biro ko.

Napatawa din siya. "But I'm serious!" Depensa niya. "Well I'd like to know too about your ideal man, but that can wait."

Nginitian ko siya. "Okay," I said. I gave him a piece of paper, a list of what I need and want in a dorm or boarding house.

"And I've tried looking for places already," I said. Nilabas ko yung phone ko para ipakita sa kanya yung mga na-search ko na mga dorm that we could check.

Tumango-tango lang siya habang tinitignan yung mga dorm. "Let's go?" Alok niya kaya tinanguan ko lang siya and we headed off to the nearest place I checked.
