"BEEP BEEP BEEP-" I lazily turn off my alarm and stay in bed until my phone starts to vibrate. "Ugh" I moan as I grab my phone from my nightstand.

HannaBanana35- Your late! Did you forget about the plan?

I jump from my bed, totally awake. I get ready and head out the door with an empty stomach. I reach the stables, just in time to see Hanna standing by the barn.

"Amber! Hurry! The horse auction starts in 2 hours and Coty already sent away 4 of her horses! John must be there already!" I nod my head. "Come on!"

We reach the auction house to see John standing by an oak tree, clicking away on his phone. "So, John. What horse are you going to steal this time?" Hanna says rudely. John looks up. "There you are. I've been expecting you. I ain't stealing no horse today." Confused, I ask "Then why are you here?" John smirks. An ugly one. "You'll see."

John, Hanna and I walk into the auction. There I see Custard, Stallion, Bone, and Foxy in a row of stalls labeled. "Property of Coty and Katherine Starink." I stroke the horses gently as I pass by. I will miss them.

Hanna and me watch John carefully. He doesn't seem like he's interested in the horses at all. Every time we glance at him, he's looking at us. Its kind of scary actually.

John exits the auction and goes to his car, taking out 2 large sacks."Look, Hanna. He's stealing two horses this time!" Hanna looks over at John. "We need to do something fast!"

"What do you think you're doing?" Hanna says, hands on hips. John looks at us, deep in thought. After a minute he answers. "Just wait." He opens the bags looks at us, then he looks around.

We wait, eagar to see what he has in mind this time. But instead he does something. So surprising yet so terrifying.

He was right about not stealing any horses this time.

Because this time, he steals us.
