Game On

I woke up to the sound of a cannon going off, I sat up immediately and I saw Clayton standing with dagger in hand as he scanned the forest.
I looked at my arm to see it bandaged, dam I guess I might of passed out before. I stand up and grab my bow and put my bag on my back.
We both started walking around looking at every single ditch and tree making sure no one was there. Well now there's 3 other tributes left so 5 in total, God we might actually have a chance at this thing.
We were walking for about half an hour when we heard some ruffling behind us. I looked at Clayton and he nodded and we both turned around and I had my bow at the ready and Clayton was ready to pounce on someone if needed.
I scanned the forest line so far so- wait are those eyes? I squinted my eyes to get a better look and there was about 5 sets of eyes looking directly at us, I looked at Clayton and he also looked confused.
What the heck are they? Is it like a wolf or something? Our questions were soon answered because soon enough 5 oversized wolves emerged from the bushes. Now these were not your average type wolves, these were huge and looked familiar, it's like they had faces.
"Bloody hell, what are those!" Clayton screeched and I took a good look at the 5 of them and that's when it hit me, all of those faces, they....they had my sisters faces on them.
No... It's gotta be another illusion, my sisters are safe, aren't they?
"C...Clay, they....they look like my sisters" I said quietly and he nodded and looked back at them. Christina was a light brown wolf with some red streaks in it, how fitting? Kath was a grey wolf with black streaks, Amy was a golden color wolf. After seeing Amy's I immediately put my hand to my necklace, Dani was a full on black wolf with her emerald eyes. Finally was Lauren, a ice colored wolf with hazel eyes and out of all of them she looked the maddest.
"Lisa it's not them alright, it's an illusion just remember that" Clayton tells me and I nodded, there not real, my sisters are safe and sound.
Soon enough Lauren's wolf look alike started running at us with the others behind it and my eyes widened and I looked at Clayton.
"RUN!" He shouted and we both took off running and as we were running I bumped into someone else and we both fell. I looked up and saw Devin and he had pure anger in his eyes when he saw me, I do not have time for this shit.
"You.... You killed my girlfriend, I'm gonna make YOU PAY!" He shouted at me but I am not fighting and I quickly got up.
"You wanna kill me, kill me later unless you want to e wolf food THEN RUN!" I shouted at him and started running again and I turned my head and saw him running behind me, I guess he saw the wolves then because his face showed pure fear.
We kept running until I saw the cornucopia, YES! I picked up my speed and soon enough I even passed Clayton, God what the hell? How am I running so fast? I finally reached the cornucopia when I heard a yell behind me and I turned and saw Clayton on the ground with Amy's wolf hovering over him.
"CLAYTON!" I shouted and grabbed my bow and aimed it at the wolf, I let the arrow fly but it just hits the ground near it. Every bone in my body is shaking right now, I can't shoot it, it looks like Amy!
But with the arrow hitting the ground next to them Amy's wolf backed up a little bit and I watched as Clayton took that opportunity to get up and run because he bolted back towards the cornucopia and suddenly I heard 2 cannon shots go off and I turned my head and watched as the 2 other tributes were being eaten by the other wolves.
I started running to the cornucopia and I hopped up and started climbing with Clayton above me and once he got up he helped me up and once we got up top I let out a heavy sigh. I looked back down at the wolves and they were just feasting on those 2 bodies, God they didn't even have a chance.
I turned to Clayton and saw his arm bleeding at a very dangerous rate, oh god!
"Shit, Clayton!" I shouted and ripped my sleeve off of my shirt since we're out of bandages and handed it to him and that's when I felt a searing pain in my leg. I fell and started falling off the cornucopia and just as I fell I grabbed onto the ledge and I was hanging off.
I looked up and saw Clayton and Devin at a standoff, I looked down and saw all 5 of the wolves underneath me. SHIT! Don't let go Lisa okay just don't let go!
I looked back at Devin and Clayton and they started fighting, shit!
I started to bring myself up but as I placed my foot against it, some of he cornucopia broke and it went sliding to the side and I watched as Devin and Clayton both fell but got back up and went at it again.
I struggled to get my footing back but I finally did and I stated bringing myself up again and I did. Once I did I got up and I looked at Clayton and Devin and saw that Devin had the upper hand and had a knife and was about to stab Clayton, aww hell no!
I gather up all my strength and ram my body into him and knocked him off Clayton and I got up into a fighting stance as Devin did the same.
"Well then, protecting your boyfriend how cute. Well let's see what your made of then.... Princess." He said and my blood went cold, this is it, this fight will decide if I win or not.
"Game on asshole" I muttered loud enough for him to hear and he gave me an evil smile, ew just ew.
I place my hand on my necklace and clutch it close, I'm gonna win guys, I'm gonna come back to you.

A/N: oh snapples guys how about that? Y'all know I had to add that wolf scene cuz I mean that was like the best part of the book am I right? Tell me what y'all think of it! I might do a sequel but I would need your guys opinion on that so lemme know if u want one! Love y'all!!
