Okay so let's talk about things commonly discussed in the transgender community.. like things that they use temporarily before they're able to get surgery, and then the surgeries themselves.
1. Binder!
This is the most common, I assume, and is most used by FTM transgender people It's a tightly wrapped piece of fabric that goes around your chest area to compress the breast tissue and make it appear flatter.
2. "Top Surgery"
Basically the surgery that takes away that breast tissue permanently, if you're FTM, or it gives you breast implants, if you're MTF.
3. "Bottom Surgery"
The surgery that either turns a penis into a vagina, or adds a penis to a vagina. (I'm pretty sure..? PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG.) MTF and FTM.
4. Packer!
So this can be made in a variety of materials, I'm sure, but it's basically a small object you insert into your pants/underwear to fake the appearance of a penis, or a false "buldge." Mostly used by FTM.
