The Vacation is coming to an end and I'm really sad about it. I haven't spoken to Caleb ever since the night before Christmas but Dwayne and I have been getting along very well even after the kiss.
I honestly thought things would change between us but we are still the same crazy best friends. I guess you could say, we are goals.Melanie had been at my house ever since we left the vacation home,Carl couldn't come over since he had school earlier.
Melanie and I are to reopen in like two days so she was leaving today, sadly.
"I dance better than you!" She yelled.
"Is that what you call dancing? B***h please." I said as we played countless rounds of Just Dance on the Wii.
Not to brag or anything but my dancing skills were so good, well at least that's what my score tells me but me dancing on a daily basis is like a fish out of water. Moving and shaking like crazy. It's just sad.
I ordered some pizza for the two of us and we sat outside on the patio waiting for the pizza delivery guy. I was painting Melanie's nails for her. I didn't paint mine since I had already been to the spa and beauty salon with Stacey.
Speaking of Stacey,She was also leaving for school today so I had to go stay over at Dwayne's till school reopened. I certainly wouldn't deny the fact that I was indeed happy that we'd spend the night together but nothing was going to happen. Trust me. I respect myself too much.
Ding-Dong.
We stared at each other cause neither of us wanted to go get the pizza.
"I'm the guest." She said.
"Oh really. What if there was no food when the guest arrived?" I said with an evil grin.
"You wouldn't dare."
"Try me!" I said and ran inside towards the front door.
Ding-Dong. "Coming,Coming!"
A dark guy with black hair, brownish eyes, probably my age, stood outside the door.
"Like what you see?" He smirked.
I simply rolled my eyes. He didn't sound like he was from here.
He laughed and said, "Pepperoni Lovers. That'd be $15.49 please."
I gave him 16 dollars not wanting the change, not that he'd even give it to me. He gave me the pizza and I closed the door;well tried to cause he kept his foot there.
"What's your name beautiful?" He asked with a wink.
"Kyla." I answered in disgust and I simply closed the door.
"Feisty!" I heard him say.
I went outside to the patio to meet Melanie and she told me her dad called and he'd be here in about 30 minutes.
"What took you so long?" She asked.
"The pizza guy talks a lot." I said and rolled my eyes.
"Was he cute?" She asked seeming really interested.
"Melanie! He's like older than you." I said looking at her weirdly, with my eyes wide open.
"What? Just asking. What if he was alien?" She said sarcastically.
"Just dig in."
The pizza was so good. I wish we had ordered two boxes, two for me well and am extra slice for Melanie. I'm not being greedy though,I offered her one didn't I?
"Have you packed everything?" I asked.
"Yeah I have. Let's go outside cause he said he'd be here in a few minutes."
