Chapter 17-Beauty is torture

>>Ryder's P.O.V.<<

"AHHHHHH" i woke up to a high pitched scream. i bolt up right in my bed "what the-" "no stop!!" i heard mia screaming. i got up from my bed grab my hockey stick and race to her room. i try to open the door but it's locked. on the other side i hear choco barking and whimpering and what i think is mia thrashing around and again she lets out another high pitched scream. I back up and shove the door down. when i get up with my hockey stick in hand ready to bash someones head in, all i see is mia in bed thrashing around i walk up to her in bed and her eyebrows are furrowed together and her mouth is in a frown. choco is at the foot of her bed and pacing back and forth looking like he wanted to do something but couldn't so he felt helpless. she was having a nightmare and from the sound of it a really bad one. she then lets out another scream and the balcony door shatters open and jake then gets up with his bat in hand ready to swing at someone too. "What the hell are you doing to her you son of a-" all of the sudden mia sits up straight in her bed cutting jake off mid sentence.

Jake and me both yell out in surprise and mia also screams in surprise and falls off the other side of her king size bed. i rolled my eyes "mia how do you manage to fall off a king sized bed twice in a row?" She shot a death glare and it made me cringe. "he has a point mia how do you fall of a king... Sized... nevermind" his question dying once mia shot him a glare too. She looks around the room and her eyes widen when she sees her hallways room and the balcony door have been taken off their hinges. "what the hell did you idiots do to my room!" she yells "jake did it!!" "ryder did it!!" We both say at the same time point to each other "was not!" we say after glaring at each other and we started to arguee about who broke who. mia rolled her eyes "idiots" she said.

Then my mother and father came running into the room my dad had on of those firplace sticks in his hand ready to stab someone "what happen to your doors" my dad said straightening up seeing no danger "why don't you ask idiot 1 and idiot 2 over here" she said all grumpy "well someone fell of the wrong side of the bed" i mumbled. jake stifled a laugh. she just shot another glare at me.

"Okay well we heard screaming what was that all about" asked my mother. Jake shrugged and i sighed "mia here had a nightmare" i said "shut up!" Yelled mia "oh yeah your mother told me about them but you didn't have one last night though do you know why" ask my mom. mia thought for a secound and all of the sudden her eyes widen and she looked at me. huh i wonder why she's staring at me like that "uhm i think it's because ryder slept with me last night" she said sheepishly. i saw jake flinch and i just smirked "aww i jept the nightmares away" i cooed "shut up idiot" glared mia "oh" said my mother seeing the hostility between me and mia. "Mia how about you get up take a shower. you and me are going to go get ready for the party." Clapped my mom "uhm it will only take me a couple mins. to get ready mrs. lu- i mean maria." responded mia. me and my dad just chuckled and shook our heads. Even jake followed our led. everybody knew when my mother goes to a party she takes all day because she goes to the spa, gets her hair and nails done and whole bunch of other stuff and then go gets her make up done. "Oh no mija you are going to get ready for this party my way. Now go into the shower hurry up" and with that she shoved mia into ger bathroom.

"Well i better get going" said jake about to turn and leave "oh no you don't you three are going to stay here and fix these doors amd then help set up for the party. after you three are going to organize the party. oh and ryder you're going to be mia's escort to the party." Finished my mother and left the room. "way to go idiot 1 and idiot 2" grumbled my father "now we're stuck here" a few secounds later mia walks out of her bathroom. Her wet hair loose still dripping she didn't have any make up on and she looked better with out it. "will you two idiots stop starring at mia and help me with YOUR mess" said my dad. "Hey mia good luck today you'll need it" chuckled jake. he knew my mothers rutine because when we were younger and the best of friends she used to drag us woth her and it was one of the longest an boringest morning of our lives. "Ryder come and help!" said my dad again a little annoied. with that all three of us got to work as mia chuckled and left with choco right behind her "hey maria can choco tag along!" she yelled from the hall "of course!" yelled my mother. a few mins later we hear two doors slam shut and a car pull out of the drive way.

>>Mia's P.O.V.<<

"Ooow!" I yelled as the ladies are plucking my eyebrows for the firt time ever. "oh shush down mia it's only a little pain." said ryder's mom "ouch!" i said one last time before they finished my eyebrows. "okay now to get our legs waxed" clapped maria "oh hell no i heard that hurts like a bitch" i said not caring if she heard me swear. when we got our nails done she figured out i'm not as inocent as i led on to be she saw me pick pocket someone and she then continued by scolding me and making me give back $20 of the 70 i took the rest we used to pay for the mani pedis.

"hijo de!"(in english pretty much is: son of a-) was all i yelled when the lady slowly yanks the wax paper off my legs. after a few more painful wax paper im done. "that hurt like a bitch" i said "oh but beauty is pain mija" "more like beauty is torture seriously this should be a freakn' crime against woman so anyway what's next, because so far we went to the spa nail salon and this waxing place." I said "well normally i'd say go get a spray tan but. since you're latina and you have amazing tan skin already you don't need it. so next is our hair and make up" she said "oooh no i don't let anyone touch my hair!" i said "i don't care you're going to get it don chop chop we only have 3 hours left come on lets go" she said shoving me into the car.

So there is the early chapter. ill post a picture of her hair and makeup on the next chapter and the mask will probably be on the chapter after idk yett. so anyway thanks for the 1k reads love ya my kittens!!!
