Chapter 5 - Reunion & Confession

Yami walled down the hallway, trying to find Yugi as well as trying to remember his best friend from the past. He looked around for Yugi but found him nowhere. He searched in the garden and had finally found him. He was watering the garden and was humming at the same time. When he called out to him, Yugi looked at his master.

Then memories came flooding into Yami's mind. Each memory of him and the boy was playing in his head. Then Yami had finally realized who the boy from his past was. It was Yugi. And he was in front of him at this very moment.

Yugi stared at his master. Concerned as to why he wasn't talking and he had stopped in his tracks. "M-Master?" Yugi stopped watering the garden and walked over towards his master. Yami hasn't responded even when Yugi had waved a hand in front of hi face.

Yugi paid close attention to his master and had realized something himself. He looked at his master's features again to make sure. It was him. His master, was his long time crush. Whne Yugi realized who his master was actually was, he blushed at the memories from his past and backed away a bit. "Yugi." Yami suddenly said, making him startle a bit.

"Y-yes?" Yugi sheepishly smiled.

"You... have worked here before haven't you?" Yami asked, hopefulness could be heard in his voice.

"Y-yes... I have..." Yugi smiled brightly, happy to know that his best friend still had remembered him after all this years.

"Y-Yugi..." Yami smiled and hugged Yugi tightly, tears falling down from his face and onto Yugi's shoulder.

"Yami!" Yugi sobbed, his smile went bigger at the thought that he was here with his best friend.

Yugi and Yami was sitting down on one of the many benches in the garden. They had catched up to what had happened in each other lives when they had parted.

"That's amazing!" Yugi cheered as he heard Yami's story.

Yami chuckled and replied, "Yes, it was indeed amazing."

"I can't believe that you've changed this much Yami!" Yugi playfully stated.

"I can't believe either that you have not growned one bit!" Yami joked, earning a smack from Yugi.

"Hey! I've grown a bit you know!" Yugi commented.

"Oh yeah? How much?" Yami smirked, knowing fully well that Yugi hadn't changed that much.

"T-three centimeters..." A blush covered Yugi's embarassed face.

Yami laughed and pulled Yugi onto his lap, hugging him from behind and putting his head on top of Yugi's. Yugi blushed but Yami hadn't knowsn thast ince he can't see his blush. But Yugi couldn't see the blush forming onto Yami's cheeks as well.

Then Yami realized that Yugi had a crush on him in the past. He didn't know if he had it now but he was willing to try and confess.

"Y-Yugi?" He stuttered in nervousness.

"Hmm?" Yugi looked up and Yami was even more nervous.

"I-I..." He stopped but the continued, "Love you..."

Yugi blushed beet red and trid to look down but Yami's hand heeld his chin up.

"Yugi Mutou!" Yugi tensed. "I, Yami Sennen, had always and will always love you!" Yami yelled.

Yugi was shock but was happy when he knew now that Yami had the same feelings as him. "Me too." Yugi said as he kissed Yami softly on his lips. Yami was surprised at first but then he soon melted into the kiss.

"Congrats!" Suddenly, Tea and Anzu showed up from behind the bushes.

Yami and Yugi parted and looked at them, embarassed that they had seen them kiss.

"W-what aare you guys doing here?!" Yugi asked.

"Well... We followed you here of course!" Anzu replied like it was the most normal thing to do.

Yugi and Yami's jaw dropped open. "Don't worry by the way, I do not like the Master like that anymore." Anzu reassuringly said but Yugi was still in shock.

"Please don't tell this to anyone?" Yami said from behind Yugi.

"Your secret is safe with us!" Tea replied.

It was midnight and Yami had asked Yugi if he wanted to sleep in Yami's room. Yugi agreed and followed Yami to his bedroom and was in awe when he saw his room. It was big. No it was huge!

Yugi was sleepy and Yami was yawning beside him. They were both sleepy after they had watched a movie so they decided to sleep. Yugi went into the bathroom and changed into one of Yami's pjs, it was quite big but it was fine since it made him adorable. When Yugi walked out of the bathroom, Yami stared at him like a predator watching it's prey and was about to attack Yugi on the spot. He calmed himself down and instead he went to change as well.

When Yami was done, he walked outside and saw that Yugi had already slept and was cuddling with the blanket. He was shivering in cold and Yami felt sorry for him. He joined Yugi in the bed as well and pulled the covers on top them. But after a while, Yugi shivered again. Yami was worried about Yugi so he had pulled Yugi into a hug and Yugi uncontiously nuzzled onto the crook of Yami's neck. He was curling up and he nuzzled closer to Yami, feeling the warmth in him.

Yami kissed Yugi's forehead and a smile appeared on Yugi's face. Then soon after that, Yami joined Yugi in the deep slumber.

In all, it was a very eventful day. But a good one. Yami had found his bestfriend and had confessed, only for his feelings to be returned. It was a great day in all, and more are to come.

Yori: What?

Yugi: Stop lying Yori. You said to me and Yami that this book will have at least 20 chapters and more!

Yori: hahahaha, yeah sorry guys. I just really had writers block on me and was litteraly brainstroming for about 10 minutes just to think about what I should write for today's chapter. Please give me some ideas if you have them. I really need some.

Yugi: Anyways... Yori doesn not own YGO, but she does own the plot and the OCs.
