Chapter 12 - Drama Competition

Yori: Anyways then. I will do this because of the voting I have just gotten. So... First is drama competition.

Yugi: Then some school festival.

Alice: Then club activities and joining.

Yami: Then school camp.

Kira: And then halloween party.

Tea: Exams.

Anzu: Then prom!!

The air in the classroom was thick and tense. Everyone was being very serious and quiet, even the homeroom teacher.

"Class, as you've probably known, it's that time of the year again." The teacher said seriously while some kind of dark aura flew out of her.

Yugi was trembling at this point. He looked at Yami who was being serious as well. The only ones who didn't have any idea what was going on was Yugi and his friends.

"It's drama competition time!" The teacher yelled as she looked at the class.

Yells and cheers abrupt from the class, Yami didn't yell but he was smiling. Yugi and his friends sweatdrop at the teacher.

"Ok so this year's theme is romantic love." The teacher explained as the class listened closely. "So I thought that we should do Cinderella this year."

Everyone cheered at the teacher's idea.

"Okay so first. We will do lottery to decide on the characters." Sensei wrote the playing characters' name on some papers. She then put it in a box and then she shuffled it.

"Ok then, who wants to go first?"

"Me!" Voices abrupt from every direction and the class soon became noisy.

"Okay quiet! I'll just pass the box along." The teacher started passing the box and one by one the students take a pice of folded paper.

It was finally time that Yami and Yugi would pick one, they picked a piece of paper and neatly opened it. It was soon time to write down the roles.

"Okay, so who had gotten Cinderella's role?"

"Me!" A voice was heard frim the other side of the classroom and it turns out that it was Mai from the popular chick group.

Mai and Rebecca were the school's popular girls but they were also fangirls that came after Yami.

"Okay. Then who had gotten the prince role?"

"I did, sensei." Yami raised his hand in acceptance.

{Yugi's POV}

I suddenly felt a prick on my eye and it turned out that I was crying. I quickly wiped them away before Yami or anybody else would have noticed.

"Okay then." Sensei wrote Yami's name under the prince role and I felt really angry and jealous. I didnjt know why I should even feel jealous, Yami loves me and not her. But just the thought of Yami possibly being and kissing someone else made me really mad.
