Obsession

Jinri cut the carrot with the knife, preparing the dinner for him who would be back in a while. Her eyes landed on the burises of her hands. He has been hitting her if his mind goes wild.. It's almost two days in every week.. He has been watching her even though she is caging in the mansion. Victoria kept telling her to leave this mansion. But it's her weakness that she couldn't do that.

A shiver sent down to her spine as she felt a pair of arms wrapped around her from the back. She knew well it's him. But she let out of gasp even though it was him, when he tightened around her.

She immediately turned to look at him as she tried to escape from his arms. Her hands was still holding the knife and its edge was pointing directly towards him. If someone saw them like that, he or she might think that she was trying to kill him. But Chanyeol smiled looking at the knife she was holding.

" What are you thinking until you got shocked by my arrival?", he asked.

" Hmm?", she looked at the knife she was holding. She immediately dropped it back on the table when she realized what she was doing.

" Sorry. Because you suddenly hugged me from back, I thought it's someone else who is not you.", she gave an excuse trying him to believe her lies. She knew it was him and yeah, she was shocked because of him, not because of the thoughts.

He smiled, " I'll go to change.", he said.

She nodded, " Inn.. I'll prepare for the dinner.". He bent closer down to her and pecked her lips before walking out of the kitchen. She let out a sigh as his figure slowly fading away from her sight. Then she turned back to the kitchen counter and put her hands on it, supporting her weight.

She took the breathes in and out to let herself feel relaxed. She didn't like this feelings, the fear she has towards her husband. Since he started to hurt her, she has been feeling this fear whenever she sees him. She needed to escape, not from him, but from her own fear.

Her hand landed on her bump which had slowly appearing in shape since three months ago. It has been six months now.

" I'll protect my baby and love..", she murmured holding it gently.

He placed the meat in her spoon that made her to look at him. " Eat more..", he said with a smile. Jinri smiled and put the spoonful rice into her carven.

" I decided to give you the permission to go out again, Jinri..", he suddenly uttered it out that made her to stop eating.

" Chanyeol..".

" But instead, you've to take Victoria along with you whenever you go..", he said again. She smiled feeling pleased. She wanted to keep this pleasant feelings in her heart since it had been a long time she lost this happiness, anyway.

" Alright.. I'll.. And I won't go anywhere. I may go to the hospital, only..", she said with the same smile on her lips.

" Jinri..", he stared at her intensely that could make a hole in her face.

" Hmm?".

" Can't you just abort that child?". As soon as that question seeped into her ears, the spoon in her hand dropped causing the rice scattered on the floor. The metal spoon made a loud sound in the large hall.

How can he splitted that kind of question out without thinking twice and a blink. She grasped on her dress with her hands which was on her laps, since they were trembling to the death.

" .. I-It's a life.. Chanyeol, there is a human living in my abdomen..", she said sounded shaking.

" The thoughts that it's not mine are killing me.", he gave that reply to the girl without looking at her, with the cold voice and expressionless face.
