The pair entered the bank trying to act serious and nothing happened. Duke lowered his ears feeling everyone stare at him, angry that they had to wait for him. Also feeling like he was getting special treatment.

Detective Sass directed Duke to the group of suspects then stood straight in front of them with her boss not far behind to the right. Duke stood next to Kitty whom leaned by his ear and whispered, "She didn't see anything odd or get more suspicious, right?" Duke smiled recalling all that just happened between him and Sass. Then feeling Kitty's intense stare he shook his head to focus. "Uh, no as far as I know, no..." He said happily. She raised an eyebrow, "Why you so smiley, Bib?..." She asked. Duke looked away and looked straight without realizing his eyes landed on Detective Sass then looked down at the floor. "I-its nothing...Heh..." he said quickly looking at Kitty then floor. She smirked and rolled her eyes about to make a remark but Sass clapped loudly to get everyone's attention.

Sass was also fighting back a smile, she had a lot of fun. He was more laid back and fun loving then she assumed. Suddenly her boss cleared his throat loudly signing its time to talk. She shook her head and became serious and started on.
"O-ok, Hello I have found some new evidence and I need to speak to five of you. Starting with you Janitor, follow." She gestured with her paw to the small office opening the door. Serge grunted and walked in, Rick also went in right after him then Sass. "You guys wait here this will be quick." She said to the others going into the office.

As the three went in, Serge sat down with arms crossed and his jumpsuit sleeves folded up. Rick stood against the wall in the corner and Sass on the chair across the table from Serge. As last time she questioned him then everyone else. Finally up to the intern, last person to question. It was pretty late in the day already.

The intern sat across straight and focused, a tad nervous like he was unsure of what to do and how to act. She kinda liked how confused he looked. She sorted out a few papers onto the table occasionally looking up at his cute reaction waiting for Rick to enter the room before she could start the questions. He wasn't so nervous anymore he seemed more curious now which was the part she liked. She knew though she had to stay or at least act serous because if she wasn't he might not take her as seriously and catch her off guard. Not a few seconds after Rick walked in. Duke didn't know what it was but something about the lizard intimidated him.

She took a sip of her coffee then sighed. "Ok! So the first time I investigated the vault was empty. Now the money and bags are back. How did this happen?" She asked. Duke looked down, "Uh...." He was unsure of what to say, not because of Sass but because of her boss Rick. He was still observing from the corner. Duke finally looked up and paused. Then slowly shrugged his shoulders notifying he didn't know. "Have you seen or heard anything?" She asked. She was also a bit uncomfortable with her boss watching. Duke staid down.

The tall green lizard walked to the table and slammed his claws down. "Listen here pup, we only can invest and search in so little time. This money was taking out first class bank accounts that those people worked hard for. All stollen in a few minutes. Now if the criminal can steal so much in so little time, then we can figure out this case in as little time as well. Now you are the intern and one of the few with the code. You have been here for a decent amount of time to know the usual customers and to know enough about the workers. So you better start talking soon or we are gonna rougher on you." He leaned in. Dukes ears dropped and became afraid. "Detective Sass here has been giving you special treatment. But now I'm here and no more lover boy." Rick hissed and backed up to behind Sass. Duke just put his paws on the table pushing off in shock and scared. Sass froze for a moment also shocked and felt bad for Duke.

It was silent for a minute then slightly Duke yelped, "Rawr" Rick growled and started to stomp towards Duke. Sass leaped in front though. "I think you overwhelmed him, he gets nervous and freezes up easy... Let talk to him, privately please.." Sass requested. Rick glared at Duke then at Sass, "You got five minutes." He walked out slamming the door behind him.
