I stare at the blank walls
The door is open and I can't exit
This room is full of claws
And I'm constantly being scraped.
It weighs me down
The pain is unbearable
Those claws make me frown
I'm still restrained by those shackles.
The room is bare
Of anything that gives life
It's only me in here
And the emptiness stabs me with knives.
This thing that keeps me from walking out
A room with an open door,
Is a thing that scars me daily
With more than just it's claws
Of emptiness and loniness
And anything that helps me bare
watching those on the other side
when this room is unlocked
And I still can't be there.
Why can't I break free
I'm tired of be bored
And alone in an empty room
With a mentally closed door.

YOU ARE READING
Poetic Justice
PoezjaThis a book containing my poems. The poems are far from literal, i don't write directly. It's also a bit depressing. I don't write about hearts and flowers. That may or may not change in the future. You want poems to relate to loneliness, depression...
