Is it the high winds? Or the storm?
That causes your distaste for weather changes.
Is it the knife or the bruises that cause the pain.
A weapon is an object that merely leave impressions
but the bruise may form a scar
and leave you with depression.
The event's not the problem. Is it?
The after math does the damage
and leave you with images that are explicit.
Is it the calm before the storm,
or the disaster left, after the rain?
The accident is not what breaks you,
it's the effect of that horrid thing,
that leaves you shattered like broken porcelain.

Poetic Justice
PoetryThis a book containing my poems. The poems are far from literal, i don't write directly. It's also a bit depressing. I don't write about hearts and flowers. That may or may not change in the future. You want poems to relate to loneliness, depression...
