 I got out my car wet. 
That's the best way I can explain it. I was shocked that he just leaned in and kissed me and left. I made my way to the side of the school and I was just about to go in B building and Roger was standing up there with his bookbag and he was with his friends. He looked my way and he called me over. I kept walking because I didn't know what he had planned.

When I made it past the lockers, Roger was following behind me, he was walking real fast too. I went in the bathroom and went in one of the stalls. It was the one second from the last.
"Polly?" He was screaming loud. "Polly I know you in here, I need to tell you something"
I closed my eyes and said a quick prayer and I walked out with my chest standing tall. "Wassup"

He walked over to me and he pushed me in the stall. "Why do you keep associating with him, I'm telling you he doesn't care about your school work, nor does he care about your success in life, you need to surround yourself with positive people and you need to figure that out now"
He said that quick he walked out.

I went to class. It was on my mind though that why is it that all this shit is happening too fast. Dee wanted me when he first saw me and Roger just came out and told me he likes men and women, this shit don't add up. Now Roger wants to sit up here and tell me to surround myself with positive people but he doesn't set a good example himself. Probably for his teachers and his family, but I wonder do they know he's in a gang.
I went to lunch and got my food and walked outside to eat today. I put my headphones in and I ate my lunch in peace. Dee and Roger came outside looking side to side a few times but I didn't even care.

It was time for us to go back to class and when I got to class They called for me on the intercom."Can you please send Polly to Discipline"

I swallowed hard. The kids that was in class told me how to get there. I walked out and I seen Dee walking up there too. "What you got called too" He looked at me with wide eyes
"Damn Shawty...you talking to me now", he pointed to himself and we both started laughing.
We walked to the discipline area and we sat down in the chairs.

"Well I guess we have come to the same place" I said and we both laughed, but some lady came busting out the doors. 
"You two come in here now"
We walked in slowly. I sat in the first chair sitting with my back straight and feet flat on the floor and my chest high in the hair.
Well, Polly, we did some inspections in the parking lot and we seen that you never bought one, but you have one on your car!"
"Correct", I interrupted.

She looked over her glasses like "Bitch don't try it."
"Well, we typed in the numbers you had the tag and it belongs to another student who says that Mr. D'angelo has harassed into giving up with parking tag."
I looked over at Dee with my eyes cutting the shit out of him. "I was under the impression he was going to buy a parking decal for me, I would have never taken it if I knew"
"I hope not", she interrupted.

I seen what kind of games were being played here so I just shut up.
She was talking to Dee about some bullying stuff, but he was clearly not into it.
"Well we are done here, I will be assigning work detail to you Mr. D'angelo and this is your warning Mr. Polly" 
I shook  my head no "I don't think this is fair, I believe it's my fault as well because I didn't do my responsibility of checking to see if he had actually bought it."

She didn't think twice about that. She pulled out both forms and she filled them out and made us sign and sent us back to class. Dee didn't say or do anything to me. I was a little mad since I got the damn work Detail to actually get to know him better and why he just kissed me like that. 

I got back to class and it was almost time to go. I asked some girl with red hair where to go when you get a work detail and she flipped out. "OMG, you got a work detail for what, wow I thought you were a good boy, dang I wasn't expecting that." The people in the room started looking at me. I wanted to pop that hoe in the face. She still didn't tell me where to go so I just thought I would wing it.

As soon as the bell rung to leave, Roger ran his ass up by me, "so why you gotta work detail".
I pushed my head up and kept walking, he was following behind me, "Why you gotta work detail?" 
"I thought you didn't care anymore" and I put my fingers up after that. He yelled from down the hall "I'll always care."

I walked to the front office and asked the lady to show me where I was supposed to go and she walked me back to Mrs. Harb room, "Welcome Polly...wait in the room and until Dee gets here and I will assign you two your work."
"Is there no other students?"
She took her glasses off, "No, you are the only two bad boys today, I'm starting to push you guys towards cleaning the gymnasium once the coaches leave in about 10 minutes, and I'll be back to check on you guys in about an hour, hour and a half."
"Sounds good to me" Dee said smirking.
