Chapter 6

Haven's POV

I stretched my body and looked to the right to check the time. It was eight in the morning but I don't like wasting my time in bed, so I decided to start getting ready for the day. After Liam had left last night, I sat with Jose, James, Vida, and Lola and we watched people perform the rest of the night. Mark was working so he couldn't make it. It had been a long night.

So today was my homework catching up day. Don't you hate just leaving all your homework on Sunday? Ugh.

Once I was finished brushing my teeth I decided to wear a loose tank and a pair of huge sweats. I grabbed a glass of milk and a granola bar before going back up to start my homework.

I was half way through my English, with my music softly playing in the background, when I heard my phone vibrate and saw a FaceTime call from Liam. I felt my heartbeat pick up and quickly tapped answer. I waited for it to connect while biting my lip, anxious. Why was he calling this early?

“Morning beautiful.” I saw his face, lit up with a smile but I also noticed he wasn't wearing a shirt. I felt the words disappear from my mouth as I continued to stare, when I finally came to my senses.

“Goodmorning Liam.” I blushed and looked away, embarrassed with myself. I heard him laugh, which made me blush even harder.

“What are you up to tomato?” I finally looked up and saw him rest his face on his arms, which caused his biceps to flex out, and me too start drooling.

“Its to-may-to, not to-mato. And nothing doing homework.” I pouted.

“Same thing. Oh, am I distracting you? I can call later?”

“Your not that attractive, I think I can focus.” I smiled, and picked up my pen.

“Oh yeah?” He removed his hand an stood up, giving me a full view to his chest, and his shorts which were hanging loosely on his hips. I covered my eyes, no matter how had it was.

“Stop!” I laughed.

“Okay you can look now! Thats a first. Your really something.”

I opened my eyes to see him back with his face resting on his chin. “I don't really have any right too look at you in that way. Its not for my eyes.” I shrugged. He looked at me and bit his lip.

We didn't say anything, just my soft music playing, as I continued to work on my homework. My hair kept coming in my face, so I grabbed a scrunchy and pulled it into a ugly bun at the top of my head.

“Sorry if i'm boring you.” I smiled sheepishly.

“No, I love watching you concentrate. I could watch you all day and not get tired of it.” He tilted his head to the side.

“Okay, just let me know.”

“What are you working on now?”

“My last worksheet on math. Its pretty easy.” I flew through it within in fifteen minutes, when I was done I breathed a sigh of relief and stretched my arms above me, squeezing my eyes shut as I felt the muscles in my arms crack.

“All done?” I heard Liam ask.

“Yes!” I smiled.

“Yay!” He clapped his hands.

“Yeah. So what are your plans for today?” I asked as I put my books into my backpack, cleaning up my area.

“Nothing, just relaxing. In fact I think Harry just got here. Wanna say hi?” He was already getting up.
