Chapter 8: The End.
We get to my house and my aunt was there. She never comes.
"Aunt, what are you doing here?" I asked.
"Paige, you're coming with me, pack your stuff. You're living with us." My aunt said.
"Who's paige?" Johnny asked
"Me, why what happened to Two-Bit?" I asked
"Nothing you can't live here with him. You need an adult. Someone who can take care of you." She said
"I don't want to live with you. I wanna live here. I love it here." I told her
"No you're living with us, go pack your bags." She told me.
"Fine." I said crying, while running upstairs. I guess this was it. I wasn't going to be a greaser. I was going to lose everything that I hate.
"Daisy!" I hear outside my door.
Two-Bit walks in the door, and gives me a huge hug.
"Can she really do that?" I asked crying
"I don't know." He told me giving me a hug
"Where's Johnny, Pony and B?" I asked
"They went to go get the rest of the gang?" Two-Bit told me.
I couldn't stop crying. Maybe the gang will tell her how great Two-Bit is. That he takes care of me. That he loves me.
"Queen." I hear. Right away I knew it was Soda. He's the only one who calls me queen. They all burst in.
"Can she really do this?" Johnny asked.
"I guess so. Darry you have to do something I love you guys, You guys are more family then she will ever be to me. I wanna stay here! I don't wanna go to her stupid rich house." I told them, crying even more while sitting on my bed.
I wouldn't even be happy there, I have a great boyfriend, awesome best friend, and people who loves me, And know what she expects me to give all that up. I don't wanna lose all this.
"It's going to be okay. Don't worry Darry and Two-Bit will deal with it." Johnny told me wrapping his arms around me giving me a hug.
"It's no use, She won't change her mind." I told them really upset. I pack my stuff. Johnny gave me a letter. I didn't want to read it. We walk down stairs and I was saying my byes. I said bye to everyone but Soda, Johnny, B, Pony and Two-Bit.
"See ya Queen." I hear from Soda giving me a hug. I came up to B. It wasn't that hard. But you know she hasn't been my friend for long.
"Pony, keep her save, teach her football, Love her like Two-Bit's loves Mickey. Okay." I said
"Okay. I'll miss you." Pony said
I come up to Johnny trying really hard not to cry.
"I love you, That will never change, Okay." After Johnny said that I couldn't help but cry.
"I will miss you. Dont forget that." Johnny finished We hugged for about 5 good minutes, Then we kissed. I walked up to Two-Bit.
"Hey, Call me every day. Okay. Call me at night, in the morning whenever you want." Two-Bit said. I think Two-Bit was crying. I didn't want to look because I would ball. I started to cry a little harder.
"Hey don't cry, I'll make sure you she puts on Mickey Mouse for you." Two-Bit said
"Thats not it, She wouldn't let me wear this to school. She would probably make me go to a school with uniforms." I told him.
All of a sudden we had a huge group hug.
"Paige, it's time to go." My aunt said
"DON'T CALL ME PAIGE IT'S DAISY!" I screamed.
"LOVE YOU!" They all yelled.
I got in the car, crying my heart out. I knew from this moment on my life would never be the same. There will be no more rumble, no more greasers, no more socs, no more of NOTHING that I love. Why would my aunt do this to me? She says she loves me. Well if she did love me she would of let me stay with Two-Bit and the greasers.
"Hey this is for your sake!" My aunt said
Was that true? Was it for my sake?
