Compromises

One Last Time

I get back to my hotel in no time, when I walk in Sam is sleeping. I start packing up Sam's bags along with mine, it's takes an hour to get everything done. Sam stirs a little and sit right up.

"Where are we going Aliyah?" she asks. Then as if she remembered sometime she takes me in.

"Were you crying?" she asks yet again.

"Tears of happiness Sam. Ayaan had this whole surprised planned and I'm sorry I dragged you in this," I tell her. She won't fall for it I've to make this good.

"What do you mean?"

"Well Ayaan wanted to play this stupid hide and seek game. He knew I would come looking for him. Now we're going on our tour," I tell her.

She nods.

Silence.

Shit. She didn't fall for it.

More silence.

I'm about to say something when she speaks up.

"That's amazing news! I can finally head back without beating him up to a pulp," she says happily.

Ever since her and Ahmad got together she's been so happy and glowing. May god bless her with all the happiness and keep them together forever.

"Dude Ahmad is coming here in two hours. I forgot to tell you, he's taking me to New York from here and then we're headed back home. We were going to take you with us but you're going on a tour with your hubby," she says with a wink.

"That's great! How's he getting to the hotel?" I ask.

"Bookings," is all she says and starts getting ready.

"We have two hours to kill you need to tell me what happened?" I ask her.

~ Sams POV~

Of course I forgot to tell Aliyah what happened. I was dodging this subject because she was already going through a lot but now that everything's okay I'll tell her.

Deep down I have a feeling that she's hiding something. But I know better, Aliyah's not the person you want to push to get things out.

Thinking back to that night a smile creeps into my face. He knows me too well.

"Are you still in this world Sam? Tell mee," Aliyah whines like a two year old.

"He took me to a small cafe and I thought damnit this is some next nasty sappy shit right? So I was about to start beating the crap out of him. Literally. But when I walked into the cafe it was empty. Empty! I was like this bitch booked an empty cafe for what? We gonna get food? No! Why? Because there's no cooks or waiters. Anyways after about moving my useless eyeballs for three minutes I saw it.

I saw these men dressed in gangster style clothes and each were holding a sign saying 'Climb inside me' and to their right was a gigantic icecap with a ladder. And there were like cushion type of thing in it that looked like watery Icecap.

Anyways you know I'm a crazy bitch so I climbed into it faster then a rocket ship takes off. And then boom I'm on the bottom. I find cute boxes of chocolates and each one has a word on it, it said 'I'm ready to be your slave for the rest of my life. Take me in babe' as soon as I read that I cracked up. I was legit rolling in that icecap cup man. And then I found this diamond ring," I say pointing towards my ring. Aliyah is dying of laughter.

"And then I realized I was inside an icecap so I started freaking out but luckily that icecap cup had a door to it. Ahmad opened it and I jumped onto him. Then he took me to the kitchen and made me food, because you know he's my slave. Anyways after that he dropped me off home," I finish off my story and Aliyah is staring at me with a smile on her face.
