My hands grabbed around the now so familiar soft fur. I bit my lip, not really wanting to kill these guys anymore.

Cedric always said that he never liked my lame stories, those about me just patrolling, happening to kill a few rogues. I hope he will like this one.

The wind took the usual roots through my hair, making it swirl as a blue cape behind my back. I constantly had to remind myself to clench my legs to his sides, so that I wouldn't fall off. Right now, I just felt tired, I was just not having it.

What is wrong with me? The only reason I went with these so called "kidnappers" was to get rid of their pack. But now, when we have been traveling there for god knows how long, I start having second thoughts?

I didn't notice how hard I had been grasping the parts of fur until the wolf started to whine underneath me. "Sorry," I whispered tonelessly.

A sigh escaped me out into the air, the wind carrying it with it on the road to wherever. I wish I could go with it too, and just jump down onto the ground again when I had reached my destiny. Of course that's only a day dream of mine, but sometimes they are pretty nice to think yourself into. To just escape the world for a few moments.

All the wolves stopped simultaneously. In front of us was a big house. It wouldn't surprise me if it was some kind of abandoned warehouse. It smelled strongly of rogues, and I could sense many auras inside of it. So this was their pack?

They didn't shift, they just walked up to a big door. Soon, it opened with a screeching sound. I wanted to cover my ears, but the urge was over the other second when the noise stopped. Small bronze flakes of rust slowly made their way to the ground.

The man behind the door gave me a little frown, "Aren't you werewolf too?" His voice held confusion, as he backed away a little to let the wolves in.

"I, um, hurt my back," I said. As I spoke I felt something warm running down my back, and it worried me even more when I heard Brea's mischievous giggle echo in my head.

"What did you do?" My voice held pure terror.

"I made it appear again," she said, giggling once again.

My eyes widened as the stinging pain appeared, my fist clenched the fur a little more. Slowly, I traced my hand towards my back, feeling the warm liquid. When my hand appeared before my eyes again it was colored in the most beautiful crimson red.

"Shit," the man murmured and turned around, "We need a doctor over here!"

I looked at my hand, twisting it around. A little giggle slipped out of me. "That's cool," I whispered to the shimmering red.

Looking out into the open area, I noticed that it in fact was a warehouse we were in. To the right of me the big room revealed itself, and back in the right corner, a chair was placed on a little scene. A man was sitting in it, looking out over his empire. Or should I say; pack. I watched him carefully as he watched some people carry away a man covered in blood. When I looked back up at him, his eyes met mine. I quickly looked away.

"Over here," the man said, coming back with another man behind him. He had a big bag, probably filled with doctor supplies.

"Where are you hurt?" The man walked closer to me. I looked away, showing that I did not care about him nor his concerns about me. I noticed how all my kidnappers, besides Sed were gone. They had probably shifted and went somewhere else.

"Oh god! What has happened to your back," the man gushed. He lifted my shirt a little, making it sting a lot. I waved away his arms and jumped off of Sed.
