"Mommy come back! Mommy! Mommy please come back!" A little girl about 5 years old was running down the street chasing after her mother who kept walking away. Tears filled both of their eyes wanting something they can not get.
"Mommy come back! Please wait!" The little girl yelled trying her best to catch up with her mother. The mother simply ignored her and kept walking down to the beach, where the waves meet the sand.
The mother didn't turn back once to see her child, nor say anything back. She just kept her head down and walked away until the end of the shore. "Mommy! Mommy I love you!" Hearing her daughters pleads brought tears to her eyes, not wanting to leave by choice, but for the better.
Finally reaching the shore, the little girl could not find her mother anywhere. "Mommy! Mommy!" She yelled looking for her searching all around, until finally she gave up and sat down crying.
Crying because her mommy was gone, and wasn't ever coming back, because mommy didn't love her or say goodbye, crying she missed her already.
Soon enough her dad came and got her carrying the crying child in his arms, not saying a word for the rest of the day.
Every day, the little girl would go to the shore where her mother disappeared and wait, hoping she would return. 10 years have passed since that day, and finally it was thought that she just drowned, dead.
No one to wait for, and no one waiting for her.
