Percy's POV

"Hey Percy Chiron needs us in Big House," Annabeth said walking by,"Coming," I replied walking with her. "Why does Chiron need us?" I asked. "He has an announcement for us."

When we got there, each one of the representative from the cabins was already there. As usual we're the last,"ah there you two are, sit, I have something important to say," Chiron said gesturing for us to sit down. We sat in out respectable spots at the table while Chiron got at the head and spoke. "I have just heard from the Olympians that they will be coming down here to spend time with you so there will not be a repeated event," Chiron said.

No one said anything, just stayed silent. I didn't know what to think, honestly. No one had a great relationship between their parents, in fact the I probably had the best relationship with my godly father and I wouldn't even call it good.

Finally someone spoke up and asked,"when will they be here?" "Tomorrow morning, so do what you have to do to get ready, dismissed." He announced and went away. That's when everyone started mumbling,"stupid Luke," or "well shoot," and the," hey I'm going on vacation this week."

Soon everyone left to spread the word and the clean up their cabins. "I can already feel the tension and they're not even here." Annabeth mumbled. "Hey at least you don't have to spend every second with your parent like I do. You get a split," I said back. "Yeah well unlike you I don't have a good relationship with my mother," she snapped back in a whisper hoping her mother wouldn't hear. "It's not that good," I mumbled. "Well I need to go tell my siblings, bye Percy," she said and walked towards her cabin. "Later Annabeth!" I waved bye and left to clean up my cabin that looked like I had caused a hurricane in. 

I was more nervous since being the only child, I will have to spend all the time with my dad, unlike other gods who get to split it up. All attention on me, every second ticking by on me. However, Annabeth was right at least we had somewhat of a good relationship.

Before I knew it dinner was being served. I made my offerings to Poseidon and sat at my table. Soon Grover who is a satyr and my best friend came over and sat next to me. "Hey Perc. So I'm guessing that everyone has heard the news huh?" He asked. "Yeah," I replied,"I don't think a lot of them are too happy about it."

"Hey Grover I need you to stay with me as much as possible while dad is here. He likes you so you don't have to worry about that, just stay with me please." Grover nodded then asked,"wait. What if he tells me to leave?" "Leave I guess. I mean your not going to argue with a god right?"

"Right. Although your dad says he likes me?"
"Yeah, don't ruin it." I said continuing to eat my food while he chewed on a can. Soon dinner was over and everyone headed back to their cabins.

By the looks of the campers some had on worried faces or angry ones. Most of the angry ones came from the Ares kids, toughing up probably. While on the other hand the girls of Aphrodite made sure their nails and hair was done perfectly. Athena's were reading books and trying to get as much information down as they could in one night. As for me, well as long as I could swim right? Nothing much.

As long as my room was cleaned up I didn't bother doing anything and went to bed before tomorrow hit.
