Daniel's POV

I have liked angel for nine years and it's not fair that this Jacob kid comes and takes her from me. I guess I'll have to fight for her and I don't like sharing. Next month when we have our dinner I'll have to get her alone and tell her how I feel.
As I'm walking in the cafeteria I see Jacob and angel together so i sit right in the middle of them. "Oh hey Daniel"
"Hey angel. Jacob" I say with a simple nod towards him.
"Hey Daniel" he replies nonchalantly
"So.. how's your guy's lunch going?"I ask them.
"Great" they both say. "JINX! ooo you owe me a soda Jacob "angel says while laughing. "Can I have it now? The soda machines are over there"she pointed across the room
"Yea I'll get it for you cutie"he said with a wink.
I don't think I can wait for a month I have to tell her while we're alone... "hey angel can I tell you something?"
"Yea what is it? Are you OK?"
"Yea I'm fine it's just...-"
"The soda machines aren't working cutie sorry. How about I buy you one after school?" Of course! Stupid machines..
"Oh ok that's fine. Let's get to class. I think the bell rang ."
