~Peace P/O/V~
I rolled my eyes the moment he got within 3 inches of the locker. Every girl in the hallway was admiring him and I couldn't blame them. His usually messy hair was tame and his oh so kissable lips were now forming into his usual douchebag smirk that strangely made my heart skip a beat, whatever that meant. His grey eyes were watching me as he approached us.
"What do you want Ares? Shouldn't you be with one of your harlots?"
" Looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed." he replies
"Suck my ass Ares"
"Gladly" he says now towering over me
I look at him in disgust, classic fuck boy
The smirk that played on his face told me what he was gonna say next.
"Are you on your period or something?" we ask in unison
Jamie begins to laugh and so does Eurydice. Ares looks slightly annoyed. He is so predictable.
"Anyways" he says" I just came over here to invite the three of you to the start of summer pool party, which is tonight at Matt Avery's house."
"Thanks, but no thanks. I've got other plans" I say
"What plans?" Jamie asks, suspicion in his voice
"Plans that don't involve partying" I say not looking at him
"We'll be there." Eurydice says not even acknowledging the fact that I had spoken
"Ok, I'll pick you up at six Peace, be ready" He says as he turns around and begins to walk in the opposite direction
What just happened? I ask myself
Today was the last day of school and I had somehow managed to get talked into doing something I didn't want to do.
~Ares P/O/V~
I don't understand why she hates me I think to myself as I approach her. Every girl within 10 ft of me was staring at me in awe except for her and my sister of course.
"What do you want Ares? Shouldn't you be with one of your harlots?"
"Looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed" I say waiting for another one of her smartass replies
"Suck my ass Ares"
"Gladly" is all I say before closing the gap between us
I slightly wince as she gives me that look of disgust, I quickly play it off with a smirk as I thought of a brilliant comeback.
"Are you on your period or something?" we ask in unison
I'm too shocked to speak, how did she... I guess since we've known each other for so long I'm just predictable to her.
"Anyways I just came over here to invite the three of you to the start of summer pool party, which is tonight at Matt Avery's house." I say remembering why I had come over
"Thanks, but no thanks. I've got other plans" Peace says
For some strange reason I'm hurt that she's telling me no. She mumbles some lame excuse as to why she can't go when questioned by Jamie.
"We'll be there" I hear my sister say, speaking for the three of them
"Ok, I'll pick you up at six Peace, be ready" I say as I turn around and begins to walk into the opposite direction
