I wake up to my phone chaotically  buzzing, and an empty bed.

Not that I had been expecting Harry to spend the night, it was just nice having someone to rant to last night. I sigh, pushing myself off my bed. My jeans are uncomfortable and my tee is all wrinkled, but I'm not expecting anyone over, so I slide out of my jeans.

That sounds too graceful, I had to sit on the floor and wriggle out of my skin tight jeans. I run my hands through my hair, expecting more knots than what I found. Yawning, I slowly walking down the stairs with my phone in my hand. I grab a water bottle from my purse from yesterday and sit at the kitchenettes table, finally checking my buzzing phone.

Jason McKinley- Good Morning!

Val- Hey, Jas said that we had plans this morning???

Val- text me back bitch

Val- are we doing something or not

Val- ABBY

Valerie texted me at least 100 times already, and it's only 10 am. I text her back, saying I'll meet her in the lobby in an hour and we can then hang out.

I hesitate texting Jason back. I don't know what to do about him. Party of me wants to ask Harry, just to hear what he has to say. The second I think about Harry, I hear a knock on my door.

I put my phone down, I can text Jason later. I try to smooth my crazy hair down quickly, opening the door, hiding my waist behind it. I'm an idiot.

"Uh, hi." I say, looking down to make sure I'm not 'exposed' to whomever knocked on my door. Looking up, I meet eyes with no one other than my neighbor Harry.

"Hi." He says back, giving me an odd look. I would too. But of course I decided not to wear pants today. "Um, I fell asleep last night and woke up at like 9 today, so on my way out I noticed you didn't have any food yet so I brought you this." He holds up a brown paper bag, and I can smell the blueberries from here. Wait, does that mean he did spend the night? Jason would freak out if he knew.

"Aw, thank you." I say, smiling. Yesterday was rough, and I really wanted to talk to Harry today, so this was a win-win? Not really, but I did like the guy.

As a friend obviously.  He takes a step to come into my apartment and my eyes go wide. Uh oh.

"I'm not wearing pants!" I blurt out, feeling my cheeks instantly burn red.

His eyes widen for half a second before he smirks down at me. "I'll just- here, I'll be right back. I say, leaving the door open half an inch so he could still come in once I was upstairs.

"Just give me a second and then you can come in." I say, backing away from the door slowly before I turned around and sprinted up to my closet. I pull on the first pair of athletic shorts I see, and run back downstairs, seeing Harry already sitting at my table.

"Hi." I say again, smiling as I walk past him, heading to the bathroom. I real quickly put my hair into a messy half up and half down bun, in which dry shampoo was definitely my friend. Once satisfied with my look, I head back out not even a full minute later.

"Thanks for this, by the way. Yesterday too." I say, sitting down in the chair across from him. He nods, looking thoughtfully down at his lap. I take another drink of my water and then he decides to open the bag, pulling out two drinks and two blueberry muffins. He passes one of each to me, taking the other two for himself.

"Is this coffee?" I ask, semi-nervous. If he got me coffee, I didn't want to seem prissy by not wanting to drink it, but I couldn't force myself to drink coffee. It was just too gross to me.
