Chapter 13~ The mission

Daisy's Pov

I woke up to the same noise every morning... My cousin crying in pain.

Lily and I have been here for a while. Then he kidnapped Mahalia. My other cousin. Lily's sister.

We've been here for a week now and I kinda know what to expect from Andrew.

When he walks in the room we have to stand up and he cuts our palms open, he also slices along our knuckles so thqt we can't bunch our hands into fists, when we want to punch him because it hurts.

And one day Mahalia said that she will get us out of this. And I was like, good luck with that Mahalia. We are never going to get out of here.

But then I woke up one morning to Mahalia screaming. I look around the room and see that she has left a note.

Daisy, Lily,
I am writing this note to inform you that I have escaped. However though, I will be back to save you guys too, don't worry, I promise I will come back for you guys and I will get the cops onto this guy. But for now, I'll see you soon. Much love Mahalia xoxo

Leo's Pov

"So Leo, how's your love life?"

I rub the back of my neck and answer the question slowly. Being careful at what I say.

"Um... I ah I-I don't ha-ve a girlfriend..." And I course I just had to stutter...

Jacqui just laughs at me, and she smirks.

"What?"

"I have a cousin close by to us, and she would be perfect for you!" She squeals.

I jump in shock at her squeal.

"Okay her name is Meg. Her real name is Meghan, but she hates being called that. She had blonde hair, green eyes and a fringe. And whatever you do, don't annoy her, she will bash the shit out of you if you do so, she will also bash you if you call her Megan so I suggest not doing that." She says.

I blink a few times to process all that information.

I nod my head slowly.

"First I need to meet this Meg,"

"Oh yeah, when I get back home, I'll have to organise a double date!! Oh my gosh this is going to be amazing!!!"

"Ah who's the other two people?"

"Oh me and my boyfriend, Zach."

I nod slowly in disappointment.

Damn, I wish she was single...

I quickly hide my disappointment and we continue walking.

We come to a halt.
"This is where Daisy and Lily are. First we just need to get past the security. That's the hard part, then we need to be really quiet and get Daisy and Lily, then we can leave. Now we just have to figure out a way to get past the security, and knocking out the cameras."

"Oh I ah know how to hack the camaras..."

"Really? That's good as, go ahead Leo." Jacqui says.

I nod my head. I slowly and stealthily walk over to the electricity box. I pull the lid off slowly and quietly. I look around at the different coloured wires and name tags. I fiddle around a bit and the cameras go down.

"Okay all done!"

"That's great Leo, thanks. No what's the second part of this mission?"

I blush when she says my name like that. It just sounds right, hearing her say it. I couldn't hear anything Mahalia was saying because I was too busy staring at Jacqui's beautiful face...

"Leo,Leo?"

I quickly snap out of my daze as Mahalia says my name.

"Hmm?"

"I asked if you were ready to move on,"

"Oh, yeah. Let's go."

We slowly but quietly sneak into the house. As soon as Jacqui closes the door quietly I hear a snore. I jump slightly at the sudden sound. Mahalia stalks forward slowly. She peeps around the corner and sees Andrew snoring loud and asleep on the couch.

Mahalia does this weird hand signal, which I'm guessing means to follow her.

I slowly follow Mahalia, with Jacqui slowly following behind me. I look around the corner at Andrew.

Just as disgusting as I remembered him.

His face covered with cuts and scars. This one long scar that drags down his face starting just above his eyebrow which reaches his chin. Bits of his hair have fallen out and his clothes are covered with blood. I'm guessing Daisy's and Lily's.

We slowly move on heading towards the quiet sobs.

We reach a room and the sobs are getting louder. Mahalia turns the handle but it's locked.

Jacqui steps forward and pulls a Bobby pin out of her hair. She fiddles with the key hole for a bit and we hear a click.

Jacqui slowly opens the door to find.....

Another chapter completed!! Sorry it took so long. I was busy with school, homework and picking year 10 subjects and a VET course. That stuff is exhausting and stressful!

Haha sorry I left it a cliffhanger. I just had to haha.
