CAF: Chapter 1

Traveling for 16hrs is kinda tiring and exhausting, I got a chance to sleep inside the plane pero sumakit lang ulo ko tsaka yung likod ko kasi hindi ko mai-recline yung upuan kasi nag rereklamo yung nasa likod ko.

After that long hours of traveling, finally we got home!

Haaaay! I kinda miss this place! So much childhood memories especially the memories of us.

In this exact spot of the house, Donny and I said our promises to each other.

Childhood promises.

I hate the feeling that I always get emotional when I think of him, Donny Pangilinan.

Its been 10yrs since that last time I saw him. Ano na kaya yung itsura niya ngayon?

"Honey, are you okay? You look pale and sick, I think you should get some rest now, I'll just call you when dinner is ready." My mom is always sweet as ever. Sakanya ako umiiyak noon nung nasa america kami at sobrang namimiss ko si Donny.

Pagkahiga ko sa kama niyakap ko si Donato, the teddy bear that Donny gave to me. I was the one who decided to name it as Donato, because it is his name after all.

I was awakened by sudden knock on my door and when I looked at the window, it is morning already. I skip my dinner kagabi.

"Violet! Honey! Breakfast is ready, come down na and eat nagskip ka na ng dinner kagabi, hindi na kita pinagising kasi alam ko you're tired and exhausted."

Before I go down, I make sure that I do my usual morning routine, I look myself in the mirror and then tell something positive vibes so that my whole day will be full of positivity.

After we ate our breakfast, we have some family talks. Of course it deals with house rules, setting the tone and mood of our relationship with one another and other family matters and stuffs.

Sabi nga pala ng Mommy ko that I need to prepare kasi we will go somewhere daw and we are going to meet Tita Maricel, mom of Donny.

My brother wants to go with us but mom refused kasi girls bonding daw. so yeah, I don't have a choice.

I settled with a blue dress that suits my body and personality and a comfortable sandals.

After 30 minutes or so, we arrived at the meeting place and to my surprise it was a nail and foot salon! and I was like! finally! Time relax!

Nandun na sila nung dumating kami, my mom and Tita Maricel have some exchange of hugs and kisses on the cheek of course and a series of kamustahan.

She was accompanied by Ella by the way. Tita Maricel didn't change a bit, she still the Tita Maricel that I've known since childhood, calm, collected and sweet.

"Si Violet na ba yan? Grabe ang gandang dalaga. Nako pag nakita ni Donny ko yan ngayon lalong maiinlove si Donny" and then followed by a laugh, my mom laugh at that thought too.

"Omg Vi! I miss you so much! We have so many chitchats to do and hanging out! And shopping too!" Ella, is such a bubbly girl, you will never have a dull moment when you are with her. masyado siyang makwento.

"Let's take some selfie and I will post it on my instagram account." She said lively, so I oblige. Anyway Ella is my closest when it comes to girl siblings of Donny. I also knew Hannah. And based from what my Mom told me, Donny also has a brother named benjamin and little sister name Solana. Di ko na sila naabutan.
