Taking Out A Player

Chapter 9

Jack POV:

Damn.

None of these girls have a copy of the message that was sent from my phone. I know Gina probably still got it, but she isn't giving it up easily. That girl won't give nothing up without something in return. Ima see if I could give her something in exchange for that message.

I really believe Bre had something to do with it. The same day my hoes started dropping me was the day she was alone with my phone. She could have went through my phone and sent that text. I know she did. I'm not going to ask her now cos she'll just get mad and start hitting me. I will eventually, but first I have to get her to trust me again. Once we get cool again, then I'll ask her. She would be more willing to tell me then.

I'm not going to worry about that now. Right now, I'm headed over my main chick house. I known her for a good while now. She got skills. I know she will relax me and make me forget my problems. That why she was my main.

I knocked on the door and she open it.

"Hay," she said with a smile.

"Hey baby." I gave her a kiss before going inside.

Bre POV:

We all sat down. I saw that Gina and Mariah's hair was a mess. I guess they got in a fight again, and it got physical. I didn't ask about what though. They seem to be getting along now. So I don't want to break it by bringing it up.

I sat down and looked at the other girls. I kinda felt out of place. Not just because everyone were dressed like we were going to a business meeting while I chose to wear some comfortable. All of these girls are thick while I'm this itty bitty thing. Even Tori was like them. I understand why it was more believable that Tori was Jack ex-girlfriend than me.

"So wassup," Tori asked.

Lassie and I explain the conversation she had with Jack. It was short and kinda boring. It reminded me of me and Jack's text conversations. He hates to text. It's like it'll kill him to text someone back in less than an hour.

"He called us yesterday about how his hoes dropped him and that he believe that it was Bre who had something to do with it," Tori said.

I nodded. I clearly did had some to do with that, but I'm not gonna tell him that. He'll kill me.

"He called me yesterday about that text message too," Mariah said.

Fr? So Jack been asking other females about that text. Hold on!

"But how he found out about the text?" I asked.

Everyone thought about it for a minute.

"Well," Gina started. "Yesterday, I was going through the list and convincing all his hoes to drop him. Then he had called me talking about me telling his hoes to leave him alone. We kinda argued for a while, and I had mentioned the text message that I received from his phone."

"You didn't give it to him?" Mariah asked.

"No. The thing is about that text was that it had Bre's name at the end of it, and I believe that if he had got the text, he would have noticed your name and came after you. That why he asked you two for the text."

I nodded. The girl was smart for not giving him that text. I grateful cos if he had that text he would be down my throat about it right now.

"That's why he had called all of us." Lassie said.

We all nodded.

"Hey. But when he called me, he didn't say anything about a text," Tori said.

I thought about it and realize he really didn't ask for that text.
