Chapter 32

Cherry POV:

JayJay and I are sitting on the couch watching a movie. I tried to get into the movie as much as JayJay was, but my mind wasn't really there. I kept thinking about what Dee had told me. It was now around ten, and I haven't heard anything from Dee or my sister. I wonder what was happening and if they were safe. I didn't know what Star was planning, but I know it's not good.

"What's wrong?" JayJay asked. I didn't even realize that he had pause the movie and was looking at me concerned.

I shook my head. "Nothing much," I said.

"Cherry, I know you are worried about your sister, but I know things gonna be alright 'cos Dee and my sister is there with her. They'll look out for each other," he reassured me.

I took a deep breath. I guess he was right. They all would stick together like glue. Star wouldn't have a chance to get to them.

"You're right," I said to him.

He wrapped his arm around me and held me tight. "I know I'm right. Now, chill girl."

I slightly smiled. He's right. I need to calm down. Everything was going to be fine.

Tori POV:

Everything was not fine. Mariah and I was watching Star like a hawk until these two twin guys came to us and started a conversation. We tried our best to shake them off, but they wouldn't let us go. It was like it was their soul mission to talk to us. Mariah and I finally had humor them and made small talk. By the time we manage to make a good excuse to leave, Star was missing.

"I swear when I find her, Ima kill her," Mariah said as she balled her fist.

I don't understand how she got away, but I know that she's gonna get it when we find her. I took out my phone and message everyone.

Me: Star missing... we need to be together

Mariah and I searched around the ballroom again but didn't see Star anywhere. We bumped into Gina.

"Have you seen Lassie or Bre?" she asked. "I haven't heard or seen them."

I frowned. "Maybe they're together looking for us."

Gina and Mariah nodded in agreement before we started searching around a bit. We spotted Dee and Chase together. They both look a bit worried about something.

Chase sighed when he saw us. "Tell me that Bre and Lassie are with you," he said hopefully.

My breathing stopped. Bre and Lassie were both missing while Star is on the loose. I blinked my eyes hoping that this wasn't happening. It just couldn't.

"Shit," Mariah said under her breath.

"Do you think Star has them?" Gina asked.

I sighed. I hope she don't. Dee rubbed his hand through his head. "Look. I know a place where Star might be at. I not sure for sure but there's might be a chance that Lassie and Bre are with her. Chase and I are going there. You girls stay here just in case they do show up." We all agreed. Dee and Chase rushed out the room while the rest of us stayed behind.

Jack POV:

I woke up with my head hurting like hell. I don't remember what happen. Last thing I remember was seeing Lassie flirting to some guy which made me mad as hell. I don't even know how I was here now. I storm out then...

I could tell that I was sitting in a chair. I tried to move, but my hands was held back. I tried again, but it was like I was attached to something. I blinked my eyes a few times to adjust to the room I was in.
