I just arrived at the mall, riding escalator to the higher level where cinema is located. When I reached the cinema, my eyes wandering around looking for this blue shirt guy. There's not many people outside the cinema.
Oh, there he is.
I took several deep breaths before walking towards my date. My blind date. Before I reached him, he already noticed me. Well, eyeing me from head to toe. I'm just wearing white T-shirt tucked in to my blue skinny jeans. A pair of jeans sneaker covered my feet. My hair was in messy bun. No makeup on my face because I'm lazy to impress people.
My eyebrow raised but I immediately composed myself and put on a fake smile.
"Hi?", I greeted him first. The stranger quickly look away as if I caught him do something wrong. Weird.
"Um h-hi", he replied, not missing his ear are slightly red. Huh, maybe the lights are doing that.
"So, I'm Amber, but you can call me Am", I put my hand out. He took my hand and shook it.
"I'm Brad. Don't have any short name like yours". I grinned immediately after hear his name.
"Can I give you nickname?", I asked. He looked surprise and quickly shook his head. "Um no, thank you".
"Why not?", I asked him back. He shrugged, "Sarah said never let you give me a nickname".

"From what I heard, you gave a lot of weird nicknames for your previous blind dates". I'm suprised at his words.
"Did Sarah told you about my previous dates?". Please say no.
He nodded before lead me to the counter. "So what movie you wanna watch?".
"Any movie is fine. But I prefer animation movie though", I replied. He looked at me and smirked.
"Horror movie then", he chose the movie and paid for both of us. Well, I want to pay for myself but he said let him be a gentleman for this date.
Horror movie? Oh great.
