Okay, imagine this. Willow who never thought she would leave her orphanage, who never saw any other life for herself, gets an odd letter one day. She ignores it at first. Thinking maybe, another kid decided to play a prank. More kept coming and she read them all. They all said the same thing. That she was a witch, that she had been admitted to a magic school called Hogwarts. It was all rubbish in her opinion. Soon there were hundreds of letters coming in, flying around her room. The mailboxes were close to exploding. She really had no choice than to believe in the rubbish, maybe she could even get out of the orphanage for a few days.

She would have to get a wand and other supplies. Along with the mail had come some money, but not pounds; golden, silver and bronze coins. Also in the mail came her ticket for the 'Hogwarts Express'. Her orphanage wasn't far from the station, so she walked there with her stuff that had eventually come in the mail. Willow still thought it could be a prank. She only started to believe in magic once she got to platform 9 3/4. She was really confused at first, there was no platform 9 3/4 until she saw a person, RUN INTO THE WALL. She couldn't believe her eyes. She had nothing to lose now. She ran towards the brick wall, mimicking what the girl before her had done.

Willow expected the impact. Yet the impact never came. She opened her eyes and saw a whole new platform, full of hundreds of students and parents. It was somewhat overwhelming. She had thought it was all a prank, but she couldn't help but believe in it now. She didn't have anyone to say goodbye to, so she made her way onto the train. Groups of students from age 11 to age 17 sat in compartments laughing and chatting. Willow just kept walking along.

"Hello, I'm Fiona, this is Mina, would you like to look for a compartment with us?" A girl said from behind her, surprising Willow. She turned around and found the smiling girl, Fiona and her friend Mina. This couldn't be too bad.

"Sure. It's not like I have any friends here anyway. I didn't even know magic existed until I kept getting letters." Willow admitted. Mina looked at her oddly.

"So you're a muggle-born?" Asked Mina. Willow hadn't heard of the word, but she had a feeling she didn't want to know. "A muggle is someone who doesn't have magic." She explained. Maybe, but who knew. Her parents had been gone for a long time.

"I have no clue, you see, I don't know who my parents are. And my name is Willow by the way."

"So I'm a Muggle-born too? Cause both my parents are muggles." Fiona asked Mina. Mina just nodded smiling slightly. "And what are you?" Fiona asked Mina.

"I'm a Pureblood. My mother is a witch and my father was a wizard. He actually went to Hogwarts. My mom went to Mahoutokoro though." Mina replied, her smile disappearing as she mentioned her father, Willow observed. She instead decided to focus on the part about Mahoutokoro.

"What's Mahoutokoro?" Willow asked, her eyes sparkling with curiosity.

"It's an amazing wizarding school in Japan. I went there from the time I was 7 until my 11th birthday. My sister did as well." Mina must be part Japanese, Willow observed.

"That's really cool!" Fiona replied.

"It is. But we need to go find a compartment. Before they're all full." Willow nodded in agreement and started walking. Mina followed Willow with Fiona behind them.

They found all of the compartments full as they kept on walking. "Wait I think this one is good! There is only one girl in here." Fiona told them. Mina opened the compartment door to enter.

"All of the other compartments are full so I guess we all have to squeeze in here," Mina announced. Willow looked at the girl that had already been in the compartment. She seemed startled by them

"I'm sorry about scaring ya... I'm Willow, by the way," Willow told the girl.

"Mitali." She introduced herself. As the other kids kept on introducing themselves, Willow kept thinking one thing. Yes she had other kids at the orphanage, but it would be nice if she was really making true friends.
