Luke’s POV
We had been in Sydney for 4 days now and I was missing Lexi so much. I know it’s only four days, but I’m used to spending every minute with her. Tomorrow was her baby shower and I imagine she would be planning like crazy right now. The boys and I have had meetings and been recording all week. We are releasing an album out in a few months for all the fans. After the album has been released and the fans have learnt the songs, we will have another tour. I decided that it would be called the “Crazy white boys” tour because that’s what I got called in our “public pissing” youtube video.
I guess it was sort of good to have a break from Lexi, which will help our relationship grow stronger. The boys and I went shopping yesterday and I saw the cutest things for the girls. For a baby shower present I got the girls some Essendon bombers onesies and beanies. They would be the cutest thing ever and Lexi will love them. I know the boys have also been secretly getting the girls stuff. I saw a “Babies r us” bag in Beau’s room and as far as I know he hasn’t got anyone pregnant. Daniel, being the dopey idiot he is, made a merch order for Janoskians shirts for the babies and left his laptop open on the couch in the hotel room. It actually made me really happy to know that they support me on this and that they are actually making an effort to be a part of the babies live’s already.
Lexi had to cancel her appointment at the hospital to get her cast off because of her flight but she got it off in Brisbane yesterday, which was good.

Lexi’s POV
Today was the day of the baby shower and I was so stressed trying to organise everything. I had to bake the cupcakes still and cook stuff for appetisers. Mum was doing a BBQ for lunch. We were having it on the waterfront at Redcliffe and I had all the girls from my family coming and all my friends. No guys were coming because it’s not really a day for guys, it’s a girly day. Mum had planned lots of baby shower games to play and got some prizes aswell. I got all the decorations and take home gift bags. Mum had also ordered a cake aswell that had a plastic pram on top. Mum had also invited some of her friends aswell. I was a bit embarrassed in front of adults because I’m pregnant so young I feel like they’re all judging me, it sucks.
Soon we drove to the waterfront at Redcliffe and set up. Not long after, the guests started arriving and Mel and Rosie turned up. They ran up to me and we had a big hug together. “Omg you’ve got so big!!” they both said. “I know not long left now, on Saturday I’ll be halfway there, 19 weeks” I told them. More guests arrived and my family soon came. My auntie Louise and my cousins Hayleigh and Sophie were here too. They live a few hours away so I never see them. I gave them a huge hug and they couldn’t believe how big my belly was getting. Later my dads side of the family turned up, my aunties Kellie, shelly and Marnie and my cousins Brianna, Lauren, Kaiden, Mikayla and Jorja. Soon everyone was here and we started playing the games. Later on, mum was serving up lunch, when a limo arrived. Who the hell would turn up inn a limo to a beach, it was probably a wedding. Next thing I know Luke, Jai, James, Beau and Daniel climbed out and started walking this way. I ran over to Luke and wrapped my arms around him, engaging in a passionate kiss. I pulled away and said “Omg I can’t believe you’re here, how did you do it?”I asked. “Easy” Luke said, “We’re flying back tonight” he laughed. I said hello to the other boys then went and introduced them to everyone. A few of my family and friends were fangirling and asked to take photos and stuff. Jai took an extra special liking to my cousin Brianna, but I reminded him that she was engaged.
At the end of the day, everyone was telling me, as they left, how much they liked Luke and the rest of the boys. They kept saying “He’s a keeper”. I had actually forgotten that Luke and I were engaged, which means we were due for an engagement party aswell, but we would have that in Melbourne. After the last guest left, we went back to mum’s house for a little while, before the boys had to fly out again. “Thankyou so much for doing this.. and bringing the boys too, it was really special!! And Rosie and skip got to see each other again!” I said as I looked over at Daniel and Rosie hugging on the couch. “You two come here I want to show you something” mum said to us. We looked at each other before following her down the hallway to the guest room. She opened the door and said “Surprise, do you like it?”
“Like it?” I asked, looking around. “This is amazing, thankyou so much” Luke said as he wiped away a tear. Luke and I hugged, as we both just realised how real this is becoming. Mum had painted a pink room and set it up for the babies. There was a change table, 2 cots, stuffed toys, blankets, everything. I gave mum a big hug and kiss and Luke did the same. We both said “Thankyou” in sync and mum replied “Non c'è di che ti amo entrambe moltissimo. Sono così orgoglioso di voi due.” Which means “You’re welcome i love you both so much. I’m proud of you two” in italian. Gina and the boys were standing at the door along with Rosie and Mel. Gina said in italian “Vi amo entrambi troppo. Grazie mille Julie.” Which means “I love you both too. Thank you so much Julie.
After an afternoon of discussing more baby plans and engagement plans, the boys got a taxi to the airport. We stood outside and waved goodbye to them as they drove off. Gina had her arm around me and mum and said “Luke tweeting you was the best decision he ever made. I’m so happy to be able to call you family.” “Aw” i began, “I think it was too” i winked and smiled before looking down at my perfectly round belly and remembered that Luke and I were due to make a new youtube video.
