Any partnership between an alpha and omega is common. Seeing a male alpha with a male omega is just as common as seeing a male alpha with a female omega. In the past female omegas were more sort after because they thought they were not fertile but that theory has been debunked and so it's an even chance for a male alpha to choose either a female omega or male omega.
