You can't forever remove the scar that the mating mark leaves behind but you can go through a week where you are cleansed from the alphas scent. This can only happen if the omega allows the scent to be removed. Usually the omega can't be near alphas and will spend lots of time with single omegas to develop back a single omega scent after being rejected by their old alpha.
