Betas can't mate like alphas and omegas do however they of course can still find love. They usually just marry each other and stick to straight relationships that allow them to have children. It's more common to either see two beta together or an alpha and beta, this is because omegas so desperately need an alpha. Betas aren't much help in heats and can only provide so much to an omega. Of course it's not rare to see omega and beta couple, just uncommon.
