"Welcome all, to the Hogwarts Feast!" Dumbledore started.

It was strange for Dumbledore to start it that was, but it is Dumbledore.

"This year, Hogwarts will be the host to a very special event taking place later this year."

Everyone was now hushed, and listening intently.

"It has been almost a century since the last Tri-Wizard Tournament, and under certain conditions, it will be taking place once more. The French school, Beauxbatons, and the Bulgarian school, Durmstrung, will be arriving the week of hallowe'en. I will further explain when the guest schools arrive."

Whispers erupted in the hall, and I saw heads turning.

"Now, let the feast begin!"

*

"Have you heard anything about the Tri-Wizard Tournament?" Harry asked me.

We were in the common room alone, everyone else was asleep.

"Yeah. It's made up of three tasks, with three contestants, from three schools. The contestants put their names in what's called the Goblet of Fire, and if they are worthy, their names come out." I said.

"Why has it been so long since the last one then?" He was being particularly inquisitive about this topic.

"People die in the tournament. So don't you dare even think about putting your name in that goblet Harry." I replied.

I didn't hear what he said next, because he mumbled it, but I wish I had of.

I swear, if he puts his name in that cup, I will personally kill him myself.

"I'm going to head up to bed. Night." He said, giving me a hug and kissing my forehead.

*

"Miss Potter. I see you got my message." Dumbledore smiled, his blue eyes twinkling.

"Yes, I did. What is it you wanted Headmaster?" I asked politely.

"Well, you see Christella, when your parents were murdered, I sent Professor Snape there to collect you and Harry with Hagrid. Professor Snape cast a spell over you before he passed you off to Hagrid. It has concealed your- powers." Dumbledore started.

"Is that why I never had any magical things happen to be before I came to Hogwarts? Because Harry did." I was now very enthused in what Dumbledore had to say.

"Yes. But it was also concealing other powers, powers only few others on earth have. It's a gift giving from Merlin himself. I need you to keep still so I can take the spell off of you." Dumbledore smiled at my bewildered expression.

"Okay." I said.

A black dust came over me and I felt heat run through to my fingertips.

"How about you take a look at your hair?" Dumbledore asked, clearly amused.

I picked up a strand of my hair, to see it was grey.

Grey.

Dumbledore laughed.

"I'm a- metamorphagus?" I asked, beyond confused.

Dumbledore just nodded.

"You also have extra powers. You can read the feelings of others, you can do wandless and non verbal magic. It's a rare gift."

"Does anyone else have extra powers?"

"Someone very close to you does. Ronald Weasley."

"Wait, really? He's like me?"

Dumbledore again nodded.

*

"Ron!" I yelled.

His head snapped back towards me and he walked up to me.

"Hey." He said simply.

"He told me. Dumbledore." I panted.

"Listen, I have detention right now, but remind me that you know about it when I get back and I'll teach you how to control it." Ron said in a whisper.

I nodded and laughed.

"What did you get a detention for this time?" I asked, eyebrow raised.

"Hexing Malfoy."

"Good job. Anyway. Bye!" I said, skipping away happily.

*

I went back up to my dormitory and grabbed out my copy of 'Quiddich Through the Ages.'

I closed the curtains around my bed and put a silencing charm on there.

Now I could read in peace.

I was so fascinated by Quiddich, but I knew I didn't have the right body type to play actual games.

I mean, I broke my leg playing with Fred, George and Ron.

Competition here would be much worse.

I'm much too breakable, too weak.

And I've come to be okay with that.

I'm learning how to accept myself, even with the flaws.

It's what makes me different.

It's what makes me unique.

Others just need to accept me too.

Others like the Dursley's.

Who knows, maybe Dudley will have a magical child.

You never know with this game called life.

It's a game of chance.

It's full of surprises and obstacles, you just need to learn how to get past them.

Hello!

How is everyone?

I feel the need to say that every time I say hello. Oh well, it's polite anyway.

Just wanted to say thanks for reading, and hope you enjoyed the chapter :)
