"As apart of the Tri-Wizard tournament, the school is holding a ball on Christmas Day. The ball is open to students in fourth year and up, but you may invite a younger student." McGonagall started.

I zoned out after that, there really wasn't much I had to listen to.

I began discreetly reading, looking up to make sure no one was looking at me occasionally.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please stand, find a partner, and we shall practice dancing."

I didn't bother to get up, I just continued reading my book.

It wasn't like I was allowed to go to the ball anyway.

I felt someone tap my shoulder and I saw Fred standing there, his hand extended towards me.

"May I have this dance?"

"Oh don't be so formal." I said, but nonetheless got up.

"And 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3," McGonagall counted us all in and everyone tried to dance.

I laughed at some of the feeble attempts.

"You're actually quite an exquisite dancer." I said to Fred, raising my eyebrows.

"Can't say the same to you." He chuckled.

"Hey, I'm clumsy. How am I supposed to be able to dance?" I countered.

"Look, you're getting better. You have musicality, just two left feet."

"I'll have a surgery to change this left foot to a right one. Would that make you happy?" I giggled as Fred spun me around.

"Maybe."

I rolled my eyes at his horrible answer.

"There we go, you're getting the hang of it now."

Just as he said the I tripped over my own feet.

I went tumbling forward, but instead of hitting the ground, I was caught by Fred.

"Thanks." I said.

"No problem. Now shall we continue dancing?"

"We shall."

"Hey Fred, I meant to say thank you for dancing with me. I would have just kept sitting there like a loner while everyone else was dancing."

"No problem. I did have to turn down many girls though because of you." Fred said.

"I'm sorry, you didn't have to go with me-"

"Relax. I was joking." Fred laughed ruffling my hair.

I sent him a playful glare.

"Harry. Here's the money Tonks sent over for you." I said, handing Harry the small bags of coins.

"Thanks."

I didn't reply, just walked off.

"Ginny, are you going to come with Luna and I to Hogsmeade?" I asked.

"Yeah sure. Got no one else to go with unless I were to go with Madeline and Kayla, but that's not happening." Ginny glared across the room at the two girls.
