Waves

The next morning, I woke in Natsu's arms. They were soft and warm. He was so muscular. I got up and started the shower. I stared at myself in the mirror waiting for the water to warm up. Vapor began to build up in the restroom. I got in and felt the hot water drops hit my body. The warmth of the shower gave a relaxing sensation. When I was washing my head, I heard the door open. I instantly covered myself with my hands and arms, but then realized it was just Natsu.

"Ohh I thought you were someone else."

"I would never let anyone else in here with you like that."

He opened the curtain and got in the shower.

"Ooo! Hot hot hot!" he said jumping away from the water.

"Really? This is perfect!" I said, stating the fact that I was the boss of the water's temperature.

As I was washing my head I felt fingers starting to tickle me. I started laughing and cursing at him to stop.

"Natsu stop! It's not funny!" he kept tickling me untinl I finally gave up trying to resist and slapped him.

"Lucy what was that for!?"

"You were tickling and I told you to stop but you wouldn't."

We got out the shower and went back into the room to change. When we opened the door to go downstairs, everyone was piled against the door listening to everything that had been going on. My eyes went wide and so did Natsus.

Gajeel: The jig is up. We know what you did.

Gray: Yeah I mean tou guys were freaking loud.

Erza: I feel a bit .

Levy: It's okay Lucy. I understand.

Juvia: Juvia wishes Gray-sama would do that with her.

Gray:Wha-

Jellal: Anyway, who wants some breakfast, then we can go swim for a while.

Juvia: Juvia would like to spend some time in the water.

Every one headed downstairs but Natsu and I stood in the same spot very embarrassed. So we were that loud?This day was destined to be awkward. We went downstairs and joined everyone eating breakfast. It was kind of awkward but everyone was acting like any other day. Natsu and Gray fighting, Gajeel teasing Levy, Jellal and Erza being shy and trying to hide the fact that they liked each other but everyone knew already. Juvia was sitting there being really quite. More than the usual. And the weirdest was, she wasn't being all over Gray. And I guess Erza noticed too because she kept on looking at her.

Lucy: Is everything okay Juvia?

Juvia: Ohh! What? Sorry, I'm just thinking. Excuse me.

Lucy: Okay.

She got up and walked outside.

"What did you do to her?" I asked Gray giving him a death stare.

"What?! I didn't do anything? You know how she is."

"You best go talk to her before I give you a beating" said Erza threateningly.

"Okay okay fine" he said getting up and walking outside.

"Well, I don't know about you people, but im going to go and put my swimsuit to get in the waves. Who's comin'?"

"Ooo I definitely am" said a perverted Gajeel. Levy blushed.

"ME!" we all screamed as we ran to out rooms to change. After I had changed into my bikini, Natsu pulled me closer and hugged me.

"Don't let them bother you" he said grinning.

"I wont."

We walked out the room to go to outside and relax beside the ocean. Everyone was already there. Levy was setting towels on the floor as Gajeel was getting the grill ready. Jellal was rubbing sunscreen on Erza's back. They were both blushing but Jellal looked like he was about to become a tomato. Gray and Juvia were close to the campfire talking. Suddenly, Gray pulled Juvia by the arm then grabbed her face and pulled her closer into a kiss. I immediately started clapping and whooing for them, capturing everyone's attention so that they could look at what was going on. Gray blushed and so did Juvia, but they pulled apart and kept hugging.

"Come on guys let's go in the water!" said Levy excitedly.

I grabbed Natsu's hand and ran towards the waves. We all ran towards the ocean. We swam, and played and fought and had the best fun ever.

"Who knows how to surf?" I said.

A "Me!" came from everyone. Except Jellal.

"You don't know hot to surf?!" asked Gajeel.

"What type of person doesn't know to surf" said Gray. Then Erza smacked him in the head.

"Hey!" he said after the harsh hit. He deserved it.

"I'll show you" offered Erza.

"Okay" said Jellal blushing.

"Follow me, guys" I said.

I walked them to a shed on the other side of the house . I opened the doors and there were many surf boards all colors and sizes.

"Woah"s were heard.

"Grab one and let's get surfing!"

"WOOO!" screamed everyone. We all grabbed a surf board and ran back to the water. Luckily, the waves were just perfect today. Everyone laughed and wooed in happiness. Erza was trying to show Jellal how it was done, but he just couldn't do it, but in the end, we had so much fun. After a couple hours of surfing, Natsu began to cook on the grill and Gajeel helped out, but the rest of us stayed on the edge of the water just sitting down enjoying the coming and going of the waves.

"Foods ready!" screamed Natsu.

Everyone rushed out of the water like a shark was coming. We were all pretty hungry. The food was delicious. Best steak ever! When we finished eating, Natsu and I built sand castles, Jellal and Erza went back to surfing, Gajeel and Levy were "tanning", and Gray and Juvia were sitting at the edge of the ocean talking. Everyone was having fun. That was my goal. For everyone to have a good time.

"Come on, guys! It's about to start!" screamed Levy as she ran to the shore. Everyone ran towards the shore too. We all sat down and waited for a while. Another 3 hours had past and the sun was about to set. After a couple minutes of waiting the sky turned pink and the sun was cut in half by the horizon. Everyone leaned into their special other and kissed. Even Erza and Jellal. Then it became red and then purple. It was so beautiful. The beach house was pretty far away from the city, so there weren't many lights, allowing us to see the starts in the night sky. Eventually we all got up and went back inside. We watched a movie before going to bed, but two people went earlier than the rest.

I think we all knew what was going on because when Gajeel and Levy were leaving the room, Gajeel and Natsu looked at each other mischievously. All I did was hit Natsu's shoulder, smile, kiss him, then get back to watching the movie. Everyone was cuddling. After a while, everyone took a shower, then went to bed. It was a good day.
