Tris: i'm not with veronica, just so you know

Tris: why did you ever think i was?

You: i don't know know... it's just when i asked the guys about you once they were all acting secretive and wouldn't tell me where you were and then brad finally told me you were at her house

You: my first thought was that you had gotten back together

Tris: of course they caused this

You: don't be mad at them please they were just trying to help

Tris: i'm not mad in their defense i never told them what i was doing there either

Tris: i was planning to but i was waiting until i sorted everything out and now i finally have

You: what needed sorting out?

Tris: well i'm not proud of this but when i found out about her and tobias veronica and i both said a lot of things to each other we didn't mean

Tris: i told her i never wanted to see her again and she told me that i had been a failure at being a boyfriend

You: wow harsh

Tris: yeah

Tris: anyway i just went over there to talk about it to her and that we could kind of re-end things but on good terms. I really didn't want it to end that way. I really didn't want us to hate each other for the rest of our lives

Tris: i just didn't want to over-think the whole thing or jinx it in any way and that's why i didn't tell anyone about what i was planning to do

Tris: you have to understand that it was hard for me to do that. she really hurt me, nora

Tris: and i'm sorry if i hurt you

You: i'm sorry i ignored you without knowing the full details first

Tris: it was just a big misunderstanding. but we're over it now and that's okay :)

Tris: but i just want you to know that getting back together was never an option

Tris: it was just a peaceful parting. there was no way we could have been what we used to be. it was obvious she never felt about me the same way i felt about her and to be honest, after i met you i wasn't sure i had ever felt that way either

Tris: i couldn't really talk to her much. she was never interested in what i had to say, the band, my interests, my hobbies... she never really liked joking around with me either. looking back on it now, it was more just me pleasing her

You: so she wasn't a smartass then? ;)

Tris: never was and never will be

Tris: you're the only kind of smartass i'm interested in ;)

You: and you're the only dumbass i'm interested in ^_^

Tris: soooooo.... what was that about me banging on the drums that you mentioned once or twice? ;)

You: yeeeeeah i'm out. later, dumbass xD
